Now I see how beautiful my view of Downtown Reno really is!! MXB did a fabulous job!! I see gorgeous Reno lights from my bedroom. I never paid much attention. Now I realize just how stunning my views are.The team didn't leave one thing out either. Small things like the panes in my French doors, even my outdoor glass table. I was waiting until this snow was actually done to tackle it.I'm very happy, and I would gladly call MXB...to keep my windows this clean and sparkling!

I have been an MXB client for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. Linda contacts me each spring to schedule the annual cleaning--making one less thing for me to keep track of with regard to cabin maintenance. Once they are here, they move fast and are very thorough--my windows literally sparkle! I've had them vacuum the beams in my very-high ceilings, and they have customized window screens to replace the ones that have worn out or broken over the years. I have only great things to say about the quality of their work in all areas, and their customer service can't be beat! MXB is my glass-care service!

Windows so clean that I thought they'd stolen the glass! Of course, they didn't take the windows -- they left them spotless!! I initially contacted this crew -- not even knowing the name of the business -- because I had heard that Linda returns phone calls. Sadly the same cannot be said for many other businesses in these hectic times. Sure enough, Linda called me back. Michael and his team, including Linda, showed up at the appointed date and did a fantastic job. My home includes vaulted ceilings and high windows over the stairway. They took it all in stride, completing the job quickly and efficiently. They were also gentle with my stuff that needed to be moved to access the lower windows. Its great to enjoy the mountain scenery again through clean windows. I won't hesitate to have them back for the next job.

MXB recently did the windows on our WestShore cabin. They hadn't been washed in a few seasons and were really dirty. They did an amazing job. They brought a whole crew who washed, scrubbed, rewashed, dried, and then polished our divided light windows (miserable to clean), as well as several sky lights. Not only did they work hard, they were all amazingly courteous and friendly. I highly recommend MXB windows.

Can't imagine a better window cleaning operation. Michael is the best and the business side handled by Linda is flawless. They even repair screens - no hassle, no trying to find the right size, bringing them someone. He takes them away, makes the screen better than ever and puts it back in place. HIGHLY recommend MXB!

Wow you should see our windows! MXB did a post construction clean for us and they are perfectly spotless. We have a big house w grates on all of the windows so it was a big job. I'd definitely recommend them!! Very timely and professional too! Truckee, Ca

If you need your windows washed in the Tahoe area, definitely give MXB and Michael a try. They traveled to me in Truckee, were reasonably priced, and Michael clearly cares about the quality of his work. He redid several windows when they were not up to his standards of sparkling clean, without me having to ask. What struck me most though is Michael's integrity. I've had a lot of contractors in Tahoe over the years, and found that many of them were not very scrupulous. MXB is a shining example of a company with "old school" values. There was a small issue created by a worker. Michael was totally upfront and honest about it and went out of his way to get it fixed for me. That's the true sign of a business that cares. Would definitely hire him again, because I know customer satisfaction is his top priority.

Michael and Linda were fantastic. Extremely communicative, and quick to respond to my needs - a huge snow storm dumped on Tahoe before the President's holiday weekend and the (many) steps leading up to our cabin had not been shovelled at all during the winter. I was driving up with our daughter and her baby and two young kids. I knew we'd sink 6' deep into the snow as we struggled to get to the front door. They came out and did a fantastic, last-minute, job of clearing a path to our front door (no easy task - 35 steps at a very steep incline). I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much MXB!!!
