Excellent Customer Service especially when Rite Aide closed and they now have double the customer to service. The pharmacist are always available to help and explain all medications.

Pharmacy service is very poor. Lunch hour closure time not posted. Didn’t open on time. counter staff person is rude and unprofessional. Wait times too long.

I get the same prescriptions year after year. I have asked many times to have them filled all at the same time, it never happened. Last time, I had to wait for the pharmacist to counsel me. Blah, blah talk to my doctor if you have a concern. Today, a couple of days later (because they could not get it together enough to fill Rx's at the same time, I go in, cannot give them to me because pharmacist needs to counsel me and she is on her lunch break. If they can text me Rx's are ready, why can't they tell me counseling is needed. I changed pharmacy today.

I had a great experience here at this CVS yesterday. I won't get into details, but I was facing a difficult situation and the manager stepped up and offered good customer service. The store was clean and well stocked, and the staff was indeed helpful.

A couple of the ladies who work here are SO unfriendly. It makes you feel bad when you leave.

Location is good. Staff is friendly. Pharmacy staff is helpful. Holiday sales are weird and could probably sell more if sales began sooner. Card section doesn't reflect the community for example, where are the Mahogany cards? Where are the Kwanza cards? Where are the Spanish speaking cards?

Stopped to look around for a item I've been looking for(didn't have so I purchased elsewhere) that store is going down hill it's turning into a dump and going to S***!!! I go in there only if I have too I go to a competitor cleaner store nicer loooking and more cheerful

I would give them a zero if I could. I just called today to ask them a quick question. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes! Unbelievable. After 15 min. somebody came on the line and asked if I could hold. I told her how long I have already been waiting. She said "We are very busy right now." I asked her if I could ask her a quick question. She said no because she had a customer in front of her. So I waited for another 10 minutes totaling 30 minutes of hold! Somebody may ask why I kept on waiting. I kept thinking "well I've already invested this much time......" But I did give up after 30 minutes and hang up. Worst customer service ever!

This cvs is the best. I used to go to cvs in montecito because it was closer to my home. But the cvs in Carpinteria is much more accommodating , friendly, and fast. No long lines. And the pharmacist - very professional. And for the record, they are next to a large Albertsons.

I am always customer of CVS pharmacy. My husband and I were visiting Carpinteria city in CA. My husband and I went to CVS Pharmacy in Carpinteria downtown city. The store was huge. We were looking for sunscreen cream. Nobody were there to help us. We asked the cashier to help us. Finally we got sunscreen cream. When I wanted to pay it, the price popes up 18.99 instead of 12.99 which they had price sing on the top of the cream. I said you should check your price, they did. I was right. I said that is fine, I wanted to use the CVS App coupon that I had it. the lady said, I cannot use it. I was so upset. We return it. The other person after found the price should be12:99, he charge us the same price and used coupon too. Actually he made mistake about total price. It was wasting our time to negotiate with second cashier again. That is why we bought the cream, and left the store. We were so upset about thisCVS Pharmacy. We were never be back.
