“High quality wares; lots of 100% natural fiber clothing if you look. I purchased a linen set and a cotton sweater that I love. They also sell beach tar remover — very handy!! Interacted at some length with an absolutely lovely employee. Although prices are high, that’s mostly just Carp and CA for you! I actually found pricing here to be more reasonable than neighboring stores.”
“I can't say enough about Rum Reggae. I have been buying their clothes for years. Being from Maui, I'm always looking for beautiful, comfortable, loose fitting clothing. The store I frequent in Paia carries Rum Reggae. I bought my 1st pair of trunks and shirts in 2010 and now I'm a life long client. “Giving this four stars because the sweatset I purchased is super cute, soft and comfy. Love that the brand is made in America and that I supported a local business. However I will say I almost walked out without buying anything because the shop owner was beyond rude, extremely unhelpful - She told me she didn’t have a medium in what I was looking for even though they did - and she literally told me to stay away from her because I coughed once and she didn’t want to get sick. She stood outside the store the entire time I shopped. I don’t believe in leaving bad reviews and probably just shouldn’t have supported her but the whole interaction rubbed me the wrong way and it seems I’m not the first…”
