This store is the most efficient and organized UPS I’ve been to. They are always able to help and the store has a great relationship with the community. Customers always leave happy due to their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Moses leads his team well and is 100% reliable.

Super helpful. Forgot to get a receipt for my Amazon return and thought the miracle of text messaging they were able to find my return and text me a receipt. Over and above customer service.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Moses at UPS! I came in last minute needing to ship a special gift—a print—back to Michigan, and Moses went above and beyond to help me. He packed it with extra care, making sure it was secure for the trip. His kindness, sincerity, and attention to detail really stood out. Great customer service like this is hard to come by. Thank you, Moses, for going out of your way—I truly appreciate it!

Moe is wonderful! He always treats customers with respect and consideration while delivering exceptional customer service. Moe maintains the utmost professionalism and exhibits an incredibly strong work ethic. I had one of the best customer service experiences at the Casitas Pass UPS store. I was dealing with a frustrating return situation with a gift I had received and the manager went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Long story short if it had not been for the help of this amazing store, I would have been unable to receive a refund/return this item. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it was a great reminder in the goodness of people who will go out of their way to help someone. Thank you!

I would have to saw the star very friendly, courteous, and very professional. They’re attentive to the clients that are also waiting for their turn. I appreciate that of UPS. The environment is clean, organized and easy to find things if you having a hard time looking for something The staff will redirect you to where it is that you are looking for and that’s what I love about it.

Moses has gone way beyond any service I could have imagined for the last 20 plus years. He makes the logistical and administrative part of my business as an artist, easy. Great customer service which in turn keeps my collectors and clients happy.
Moses has watched my three children grow from babies into 20 something year olds, he's helped with passports, mail boxes, motorized countless document forms and my family. But where he has helped me most is the hundreds of paintings Moses has packed and shipped for me. Moses deals with the complex customs forms in a highly professional and expedited manner, in 20 plus years no painting has ever been damaged or not arrived at its destination.
I have had whole exhibitions of 15 plus large paintings shipped to the four corners of the world by Moses, at least 20 countries including, Perth, Australia, Shanghai, China, London UK and recently Dubai.
I use Moses rather than full service art shippers because, the packages have never been lost or damaged and the smile and personal service are absolutely the best.
