Quang or ‘Q’ was amazing today as I needed a new iPhone. He was polite and professional while informing me of the newest iPhone deals and pricing. He was also patient as we waited for my mom to come since she is the authorized user on our AT&T account. I would definitely feel confident and comfortable referring friends and family to see ‘Q’ at this AT&T branch.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Carson store with a gentleman clerk named Dexter W. He was friendly, prompt, courteous, and I wish I'd started my upgrade with Dexter (rather than at another store which proved to be a negative experience). I hope you're paying Dexter a lot of money - he could work in sales at a lot of places and do well, IMO. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised how fast and how easy the customer service rep resolved my issue with an electronic Sim card switch to my phone. They were also very attentive and friendly well handling my issue.

Needed a new screen protector for my I Phone 14 Pro Max. I was waited on immediately with a knowledgeable and friendly employee. All of my needs and questions were answered and taken care of. He put my protector on and also gave me a dust wipe for it. Excellent experience

Wish no star at this store only because of 1 person The store manager name Henry (sorry no last name) Considering his position you would think that he will be willing to help on an issue that lingered for almost over a week. Instead he avoided to make an effort to help. I didn't have a service for almost 3 days So imagine my frustration (especially being a customer for 20+ years). I wish there's other ways to report this incident with a hope that a corporate person with an authority can make a change in this person's customer support attitude. So sad ! On the other hand .. 3 people did helped me with the 5 trips I did to fix the issue. 5 stars to all of them Marcus Dexter and another store manager Dorian
