If I could give -0 rating I would the most unprofessional place I have come across, not reliable, not trust worthy they had me waiting on my taxes, I sent all the info and then all of the sudden, no call, no text, no email... no communication whatsoever from this people... specially Catherine bautista the most horrible person text her several times with questions regarding my taxes and nothing.. why they would take my paperwork and made me believe they were going to do my taxes? I had to get someone last minute to do my taxes I do not recommend this place and this people you would think that at least they'll be kind enough to send a message saying they aren't doing your taxes and you should look somewhere else... funny thing I was recommended by my bf and she did exactly same thing to him after he asked why she wasn't replying to me, she cut all sort of communications with him as well, just for her to text himr last day of taxes asking if he would like her to do his taxes... last minute? Last day? Seriously disgusting..

Ben is the best. Extremely detailed and helpful. His staff is they best. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an accountant.

Have been filing our taxes with Mr. Bautista and associates for the past few years. We previously lived in California but have since moved to Arizona. However, we are always delighted to file our taxes with this company due to the prompt, kind, and efficient services.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy tax preparer. I was so happy that my mom found them and referred me to them. Customer Service is impeccable. Ben, Rose and Ricky were so amazing. The overall process was smooth and efficient. They didn't give me a hard time. I'm confident and sure that I am treated well and Ben has the best intention to his clients. They were very transparent and very professional. I feel secured to know I have a reliable tax preparer to go to from here on out. Hands down, THE BEST IN THE BIZ! More power to Ben and everyone in this company.

The office staffs are very efficient and friendly.. Mr. Bautista is kind and not hard to reach if you have any questions, highly recommended!
