Well just spend time there with my kids back to school shopping and like always my youngest had to use the restroom. So I asked for a code. And they tell me that restrooms are closed to go to Ross for the restroom or the restroom by the food court. That was really disappointing so had to walk out with nothing after spending the time so I can take my kids to the restroom. ??

Went in to purchase school clothes for my kids, and of course, yes, I had my kids with me because I was going to need them to try on the stuff. When asking the older loss preventiois, Gentleman who can open the dressing room for myself and my children. He was very rude about it and told me not to talk to him because he's trying to catch people when he was just standing there. I proceeded to walk to the register and ask somebody if someone could open the dressing room. The lady was rude and said I'm coming, don't worry." As I was standing there waiting didn't notice her open it and tells my 11 year old there that's what you wanted and told her let me see what you have and make sure you come out with the same stuff. As if she was insinuating what, as if my 11 year old is stealing. Very rude and disrespectful. Don't fill anybody should shop here.

The security guard there is a black skinny dude rude as hell, Me and my six year old son was trying to ask him if he can used a restroom not even for me all he said was to stop talking to him he's busy... there restrooms clearly say for customers?But yet they're not letting anyone in and my one year old need a diaper change.. wife ask to used the changing room?So they could try on clothes and then they get bothered that they have to come and unlocked it... So we left two shopping carts full of school clothes.. Don't Waste your time or money there, It's not a family friendly especially if you're trying to get clothes for back to school
