I recently had an issue with the 12V battery on my Kia EV6, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I was able to schedule an appointment on the exact date I wanted, and the Kia service center provided a free rental car right away. They replaced the 12V battery under warranty and performed a full multi-point inspection, checking dozens of items on the vehicle. I was able to pick up my car the very next day, so there was no inconvenience in using my car and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. If I could, I would give them 5 or even 6 stars.

Ever since we purchased our EV9 from Kia Carson, we’ve had nothing but problems. First, the vehicle had a black screen issue that took far too long to fix. I’ve had the car locked itself twice while being on with my 4 year old inside, the key fob was on me and nothing worked. Thankfully the child safety wasn’t on or she wouldn’t have been able to open it since she was strapped in her car seat. I brought it to Kia Carson and they found nothing wrong as usual…I started having repeated issues with a tire and getting help has been frustrating every single time.
I’ve taken this car in multiple times for the exact same tire problem. The first time, Cesar (the manager) only did a visual inspection, said he didn’t see anything wrong, and simply added air. He also mentioned that the weather affects the PSI — but that explanation doesn’t make sense when the issue keeps happening to just one tire.
Most recently, they kept my car for an entire week for another problem that popped up and the tire. They claimed the tire “never went low” the whole time. I picked up the car today and it’s at 37 PSI — great. But as soon as I drove home, it dropped to 29. By tomorrow that tire will be at 27.. Ive even had pictures showing the tire being extremely low on different days, and how fast it drops.. yet somehow they act like I’m making this up. As if I enjoy wasting my time going back and forth to the dealer for no reason. How is it that the tire only loses air with me, but stays perfectly fine with them?
Working with Marisol was also disappointing. Throughout the whole situation, it felt like she didn’t want to help at all. It seemed like she was there to defend the dealership instead of taking care of a customer dealing with a repeated safety concern.
Overall, this experience has been exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable — especially after purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Avoid this dealer and save yourself this stress and frustration.

Just Had an amazing experience at Kia of Carson, it's the second kia we have bought there and could not say how much we love them. The sales rep Richard Landeros of their internet dept is amazing . He helped us get exactly what we wanted with all the bells and whistles. He is truly a sales professional and patient as we tried many.
