Bought a new (according to them but now having doubts) 2023 Kia Niro PHEV and the AC stopped working after 3 days. It took them 2 visits one of which had my car in their service dept. for over 5 weeks to repair the AC. When I went to pick up my car the plastic undercarriage was just sitting in the back seat. The Service Dept. is inept and incapable of repairing cars in a timely manner so if you value your time or the worth of your dollar I would shop elsewhere.

Honestly my experience with this dealership has been always negative. They always treated me like I didn't know what I was doing or what I wanted when attempting to purchase a vehicle, two times I had to take my business elsewhere due to feeling very disrespected and discouraged from their staff.And as far as the service department it has been okay up until today. I called November 18, 2023 to ask about a broken glass replacement and it's availability before going in and wasting my time and they confirmed that the part was available and went ahead and made the appointment and finally went in today for my appointment on November 21, 2023 to get it replaced and was told the part wasn't there so I had to pay to place the order. Allegedly they haven't had that part for over a month so it's really disappointing I was told the part was there given I'm driving around with no glass on my vehicle.It seems to me that they hire whomever and that their training is not thorough. They need to fix whatever is going on in their location.

I like going to Kia Carson Within 4 yrs I bought 3 cars the experienced with Kia was very good! They provide great customer service.Yesterday we stopped by to check out some vehicles an I met Ryu Kong he was wonderful, an taking his time showing us different type of cars to test drive. Thank you!

Had a great experience with my sales person Zammy. She’s friendly and we found a car that fit my needs and she listened to what was important to me in a vehicle. She was also helpful in guiding me through the process and I felt reassured throughout. Definitely would recommend. Really really happy with my experience.

The Kia Carnaval was the last of the vehicles on our 'to see' list and we saved this dealership for last because we were pretty confident that was the car we wanted. Our close friends just bought a vehicle from them not even a few months ago - so we were pretty set to take the dive. Prince - the man we had to introduce ourselves to before getting his name - didn't seem to want to be bothered with my questions. Or at least whomever he's holding a conversation with via text message, was clearly more entertaining or valuable. We liked the car and were asking a lot of questions as my wife really likes the Carnaval - most of our questions were responded with a "huh?" As he would have to break his attention from his phone. Then, after repeating my question, we would receive a very simple "yeah, it has it" response to our questions on the cars featuresNo questions of what we wanted, looking for, needed or if we had even ever seen one before. Felt more like a supervised visit on a self guided tour. Where I tapped out was when asking about ordering one the way we wanted it - as I wanted the best, with all the features for my wife's new and long term vehicle. He just responded "we don't order cars. You put your name on the list and we call you when one you want comes in." Whether or not there's validity in this statement, it just felt like a stupid response to a customer that wants the highest trim model of a vehicle you have on your floor. I looked at my wife and she just said "forget it- let's roll."To top it off, on our way out of the dealership, my wife pointed out that every sales rep sitting at the entry of the dealership had their noses in their phones. Waved at the security officer (nice guy) as we drove and had to chuckle as again, a rep was showing a car to a customer. Doors open, the customer was sitting inside while the sales rep stood at the back of the vehicle with his nose in his phone....

Fredy was great! We were greeted right away, and he was able to help us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. He kept us up to date on the delivery of the vehicle. We were excited when he called us to let us know that the vehicle had come in earlier than expected. We were able to complete the purchase in less than 2 hours. Definitely beyond satisfied! The other staff members were friendly and helpful.

Rarou Kong greeted us when we arrived at the lot. He was courteous, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He brought in other agents, who also worked to make sure that we had a successful buying experience. He made sure that our new Kia was washed and filled with gas, before we left. He also helped us remove all of our personal items from our car to the new one and made sure that we were aware of the necessary features to drive the new car safely. His patience and kindness was greatly appreciated.

We had been looking for a specific model, color, trim, and options Kia for over a month. Finally found what we wanted at Kia of Carson.Everyone we dealt with was friendly and competent. They were able to hold it overnight for us.We came in the next day. The place is clean.Our salesman even offered us waters.Purchasing was quick considering all the paperwork.We did not finance which made it even quicker.They didn't offer KBB value for our trade-in but we didn't feel like negotiating.In and out in about 2 hours with a brand new Wolf Gray 2023 Sorento.They have been following up see how we are doing, how we enjoy the car, if we have any questions.Extremely satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend.

Had a great car buying experience. Started talks with Joey over text/emails then arranged a time to come in to purchase. Really liked that he did not pressure me to come in right away like others did. Purchase process took <2 hrs.

They made me a good deal on my car but added gap insurance onto my loan without telling me at a cost of almost $1000. Had I not reviewed my loan documentation I would never had known as they gave me nothing about the insurance, the policy number, etc. It has been a month and I am still waiting to hear if I will actually receive a refund or not. The dealership has told me I will but I have yet to receive confirmation of the refund.

I connected from the start with DaVonna, she was informative and consistent in responding to questions. Finally I bought my car 10/3/23. The Finance Manager was quick to complete the paperwork, but it was DaVonna that was 100% my reason for buying at Kia of Carson

Sighs,While I love my Kia, the service at KIA of Carson is highly disappointing. I have always had less than outstanding service, but this morning was terrible. Andrew Wilcox displayed some of the worst customer and sales service I have ever encountered.I brought my 2021 KIA in because the brake light symbol was on. Upon arrival, he told me I was due for the 15,000-mile check totaling $774.95. I am unsure about you, but I do not have $700 on standby. I expressed shock and concern about the pricing. I initially denied the service; Andrew says that if I do not service my car today if anything goes wrong, they are not liable, etc. I repeated how I did not have $700 right now and had no way of coming up with it. Defeated, I turned around and noticed a financing sign! (Sunbit) I turn back to him and point to the sign; I ask, "Do I qualify for this?" he says it's right there on the price sheetNow granted, I was so consumed with looking at the price that I did not notice the print underneath about the payment plan choice.I ask Andrew, " Do you feel like this was something you could have mentioned to me, seeing as though I constantly said I did not have $700 right now?" he continues to be rude, dismissive, and condescending. Just repeating, it's there on the paper.Now, as a SALES rep, isn't your job to SALE? selling one-on-one would have told you to mention, " Hey, I know you do not have the full amount, but if you look at our finance choices here, I am sure we could find something that might work." So, after seeing if I qualified, I DID and was able to get the service.He asked if I would wait here as the service could take about 2 hours; I said I would Uber home as I had to take my son to school. Then I stopped; after remembering how he just treated me and knowing he half steps on his job, I asked, "Do you have a shuttle service?" guess he responded? " Yes, we do," INSERT EYE ROLL. I ask him AGAIN, "Did you feel that was something you could have mentioned?"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and even worse sales service. I love my car; I wish I purchased it at a different dealership. Andrew Wilcox should not be the first person anyone encounters; he seems to hate his job and is only there for the check.I've attached the price list; check your mileage before you go so you know what to expect, and ask about the payment plan if you still need it.

Let me stat of by saying that this place is trash and that the customer service is the worse I have ever encounter, I have a EV6 that I took in for service because the check engine light came on and the battery service light came on, I bought the car here and the sales people where great, but the service department is trash, I took my car in on a Sunday, they told me the service person was going to call me on Monday to let me know what was going on with the service for my car. Never got a call, I call him about 8 times with no call back, I asked about a rental and I was told that I had to be placed in a waiting list to get on, which they called me back 4 days later to tell me I can pick up a rental and that's finally when I spoke to the services person. He told me that the parts for the car where on a nation wide back order and that he would call me with updates, which he never did. I called him back 3 week later to find out what was going on and never got a call back, another 8 calls later and still no call back, called and left a massage with on the voice mail of the service manager and still no call back from even the service manager, I finally drove to the dealer to talk to the service person and they tried getting ahold of him and they could not find him, 3 weeks later I got a text from another service person that told me that original service person had got fired because he had too many complaints about him not returning calls back to customers. almost 2 months later I got my car back finally. 2 days after picking it up I noticed that the car had been hit, my front licenses plate was all bent and my front bumper had a scratch, I took the car in and talked to the service manager and of course I was told that it was 2 days after I picked the car up so that I could not prove that damage happen at that dealer and that he would check the cameras to see if they see that the damage happen there, but sure they are going to check 2 months worth of camera videos. 3 days later I got a text from the service manager telling me that they did not find and proof in the videos that the damage was done at the dealer, even though they did a video check in and there was no damage when the car was checked in at the dealer. 6 months later I go to trade in the car and they can check to see if the computer has any damage because the OBD port is not working, when they did the original service the left all the cords just hanging and disconnected, they didn't event put them back in the place where they go. So 100 percent my recommendation is go to another dealer for service!!!!! unless u want to have a bad experience and bad service.Update on the service, I opened my hood today in the am to add windshield wiper fluid and the cap from the reservoir for the radiator fluid was missing, so that tells u the type of work they do, took it in to the dealer and had them replace it, INCREDIBLE!!!!! What a nightmare this place is.

Where do I start? I made an appointment on a Saturday to figure out why my check engine light was on. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:50am. I was not spoke to by anyone until 9:30am. Cristina checked me in and told me the wait she would contact when they have a summary and estimate of the issue. 4 hours later, I received a text message of the issue and cost. I walked over to the desk to speak with Cristina so she could process the claim through my warranty. She states she does not see the warranty on her side. She told me I had to call the warranty office and speak with them about the claim. When I called, the office was closed. She told me either I pay $250 for them checking it out or $600 to fix it the issue. I paid the $600 and got my car 3 hours after agreeing to pay. I spent a total of 7 hours at the dealership. I called the warranty company the following Monday to see if I can get a reimbursement. I needed the itemized receipt to send to the warranty company. I called Kia of Carson 3 times that day and no one answered. On the 4th call, I got someone and they told me that I had to come in and show my ID for the itemized receipt. I don't live anywhere near Carson. The entire process was unhelpful and lacked communication. This places lacks compassion and willingness to do what is best for the customer. Peoplehave a real fear of trusting dealerships and this situation did not make it any better.

Abdul was amazing helping me choose my Telluride, I went in with only test driving and left the lot with a fresh brand new 2024 telluride off the lot. The process was so easy with Abdul took us 2hrs. Thank you Abdul for helping me get the car and color I wanted!
