I purchased a 2026 Prologue Touring. I just love it. Great, huge incentive to buy despite tax credit removed. I would recommend taking a look. But, service was great and easy. Salesman Cesar was accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate that because even though buying a car is made easier these days, it is still a major purchase and its nice to have someone who can walk you through and make it a smooth process. Very satisfying experience. I call her Zippy!!

Had a great experience this summer when I purchased my new car from Carson Honda. Cesar Gutierrez was the BEST! He answered all my questions, was super patient and just very helpful all around. He made getting my new car a breeze.
I've been driving my CR-V for a few months and love it! It's easy to drive, and with all the safety features, I feel very secure every time I get behind the wheel.
I would highly recommend Carson Honda if you're looking to purchase a car and be sure to ask for Cesar!

I walked in just looking and browsing after I picked up some parts, I was interested in a lease deal and asked Cesar about it. He was very helpful and explained the terms of the deal very clearly. There were no surprises when it came time to sign, he got me in the vehicle I wanted WITH the numbers/payment I wanted as well! The whole time he was professional and courteous, answering every question I had very clearly with no BS. If I didn’t have Cesar, I doubt a deal would have been made. He fought for me and my deal and he has earned my business.

I recently purchased a vehicle from carson Honda, and within just two days I noticed an unusual noise coming from the car. I brought it back and was told by a service technician that I needed to leave the car overnight so their mechanic could check it. When they called me back, I was told the noise was abnormal and most likely coming from the engine.
I returned the car a second time and left it with them for three days for a proper diagnosis. After all that time, I was told they “couldn’t hear the noise” and that nothing could be done. Meanwhile, the noise is still clearly there, and I was given no real explanation, no solution, and no help moving forward.
It’s extremely frustrating to have issues with a car only days after purchasing it, and even more disappointing to be told two different things with no resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

We went in to just check out our options then the guy there said, let’s have a soft check on our credits, yet it turned out it was a hard inquiry. They think we didn’t know anything about soft and hard inquiries or cars.
