This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Sales people confirmed I was already driving from Sacramento to Los Angeles and still told me to come even though they did not hold the car like they promised. They sold it while I was on the road and only notified me with a text. No phone call, no warning, nothing.
I strongly recommend staying far away from this dealership. This experience was a complete waste of time

I’ve been with Fletcher Toyota for about 6 or 7yrs and it’s always been a great experience. Issac Kassis was my sales associate today, and he surpassed my expectations. He made my visit go smooth and quick. What we all wish for coming into a car dealership. He was very helpful and kind. I recommend you ask for his help when visiting this dealership he’ll get you the best deals there is.

We checked out a bunch of dealerships while shopping for a car, but we’ve honestly never met anyone as friendly and thoughtful as Joel Alarcon. He even made sure we had a warm lunch — seriously, who does that? It was such a nice surprise.
He was super professional and made the whole process completely stress-free.
He was honest and transparent about pricing and financing options. There was zero pressure — just genuine help and good vibes.
I definitely recommend Joel Alarcon if you're planning to buy a car. I’d happily work with him again next time!

Let's start with I bought a preowned Mercedes and in the purchase was an agreement to fix some minor issues. It was supposed to take two or three days, it took three weeks. During this time the group offered to buy it back, then an issue they didn't want to repair, offered money for this as well. Long story short, I got my car back with no positive reception at the service center. Yesterday, a day after I got the car back I noticed a door scrape with some leftover paint on the floorboard. I took a picture of it and I know they took pictures when I checked the car in, so compare. I don't want to get tangled up in this, but I have ordered touch up paint. I thought I was a good customer

Interesting experience. We were prequalified through schools first. Arrived at 4pm left at closing with no new truck. We were told they couldn’t release car unless we ‘signed up with Toyota Finance’ and then it would be easy for us ‘to switch to schools first once we had ‘more loan info’, which we had- Their ‘finance’ guy they saw this in their system, as did the salespeople. We knew this by 5pm.
5 hours later decided to walk and come back next day. Went to schools first, got the information, came back to new Finance guy and this guy was able to help us. Team (sales) talked and said we weren’t treated right and should not have had to come back. I wont mention names but totally shady. Please dont try to talk us into Toyota Finance at 8% finance when we approved at 4%. Be honest & be better. And please don’t tell me im the most important person, that im a true VIP, guys, we are old, this isn't out first rodeo. Again, be humble & provide good honest service.
While we have our truck we were Not stoked, wouldn’t recommend this place. 1 Finance guy was good & thats it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This was the worse car buying experience I have ever had. I was a cash customer but was not treated that. Buying a home would have been easier than buying a car from them. They are not customer friendly. This is your warning.

I reached out to Fletcher Jones Toyota online when I saw the 4Runner I wanted was in the production stage and headed to their dealership. I interacted with both Carlos Suarez and Cesar Valdivia by text message and explained I would be driving from a couple of hours away to buy the vehicle and wanted a quick easy process. Both Carlos and Cesar were extremely responsive to my questions and willing to interact by text message (which I appreciated) as I shared information on my early return lease trade-in and the vehicle I wanted. Cesar was my sales person and did his best to keep the process moving once my vehicle arrived and I drove to the dealership to meet him. It still took four hours at the dealership with a good part of that time spent waiting for the financing meeting (the actual meeting was quick and efficient). This is too long in my opinion but that is no fault of the team I worked with, but rather the leadership team of the dealership . Everyone at the dealership I interacted with was friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The dealership was beautiful and nicely laid out. I love my new 4Runner and I would definitely make the drive to buy another car with Cesar Valdivia at Fletcher Jones Toyota.
