I had an excellent experience buying a phone from the store. The gentleman was kind enough to not only help me with choosing a case. But, he was also kind enough to assist me with installing the screen protector that I requested for the phone as well.The only thing I would change, is please get rid of the $25 upgrade fee for devices online. That is quite ridiculous if you ask me.

I came in looking for a new internet plan and to buy some new phones. I'm really new to everything, so I really had no clue about what is what, but Desiree really helped me through everything. She was extremely patient, kind, and understanding. She helped me understand what the different plans were and just made the experience go really well. She made the whole process go so smoothly, I really recommend her if you need help. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed my experience here.

Great store!! The customer service at this location deserves 100 stars if possible!! Representative Jonathan was really knowledgeable and informative when assisting me in switching from T-Mobile into my sisters cricket wireless plan. Jonatan has amazing customer service skills and knows how to treat and talk to customers. Within minutes Jonathan had managed to switch me cell phone companies and the best part was that he was able to transfer my same phone number!! We also went into the store to buy a new cellphone for my father, and Jonathan walked us through the best phones they had that would accommodate my fathers needs. Jonathan then upgraded us phone plans and informed us of a government assistance program that could lower our monthly bill. Overall Jonathan is a really great gentleman who deserves a raise!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking in visiting this location. As working as a quality assurance monitor for a customer service company, Jonathan's customer service skills impressed me! I wish every employee could be just like him!! Cricket wireless, you guys have one great employee at this location!!

As some of you know, I've been helping my parents as best as I can from overseas. I had asked a good friend of my mom's to drive her to Cricket to resolve some issues with her phone and tablet. Ryan was the associate who helped us. He was so calm and patient in dealing with my elderly mom who has Dementia, and a good sport in communicating with me simultaneously via video chat. He never pushed anything on my mom; he showed her the phones that were available, discussed options, and even offered packages and discounts which saved my mother money. Both the tablet and phone were tested and we even video chatted on both devices. At the end of our loooooong interaction, my mom happily left with a working tablet and a new phone. Thanks Ryan for the excellent customer service, you were a Godsend!

I got me an iPhone 11 SE RED and I love it. I walked in looking for iPhone charger and manager Ryan B offered me a great deal on phone plan and on phone. $50 for an iPhone can’t beat it. Thanks Ryan for all the great help your customer service was awesome! I went from metro to cricket best decision I pay far less than I did before thank you.

Maria and Ryan are the best! Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest with their recommendations for a good phone and the accessories we needed. Maria is the best. She took her time to explain the promotion to me. I get frustrated easily and she made me and my family feel comfortable with elaborating the entire promotion several times without a problem.
