I very much appreciate the drive-through to pick up my prescriptions. I have a walking disability, and to sit in my car to pick up my prescription is very convenient. Nice.

My complaint isn't with the customer service but rather with the parking lot. Please please please clean up the parking lot! It smells and looks like And if you don't want to water the plants (or at this point weeds) at least replace them with rocks or something else.

THE WORKER AT THE PHARMACY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND NOT TO BE RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER. KATERINE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND THREW THE BAG ON THE COUNTER FILLED WITH MEDICINE WHEN I ASKED HER TO SEPERATE TRANSACTION BETWEEN ME AND MY DAUGHTER. WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT HER PROBLEM WAS SHE YELLED TO ANOTHER COLLEAGUE TO TAKE OVER AND WALKED AWAY.

Had a very bad experienced at the pharmacy yesterday 4/30/2023. Katerin at the pharmacy drive thru was very unprofessional and rude. I asked her to seperate the transaction between my daughter medications and mine., she threw the bag at the counter filled with medications. When I asked what her problem was? She yelled to another colleague to come and walked away. waited 5 mins before someone came to help. All i can say that if you're having a bad day or don't like youre job then you should quit!!! dont take it out on customers. need to be more patient esp when ur dealing with people who are not well/sick.

Bad customer service in the pharmacy. They are rude and not friendly. I picked up a prescription and when I got home there was a prescription (for a woman named Campos ), When I returned it, they didn't even say thank you. They rushed me out so no one would hear there mistake. I hope never give my medians information to someone else

Horrible horrible customer service!!! The so called Store Manager is just as horrible and his team! They stand around with zero desire to assist people walking in. I'd go to the other cvs in Carson!

I really wish they didn't make those who want to do COVID testing wait in the drive thru for results!! Make them park and then text them backThis really holds up the line especially for those wanting to get their medication and don't want to go inside especially given we live in a COVID era

By far the most disorganized and very scary pharmacy. I went to pick up a simple prescription and I had an instant instinct to look at the bag to see what the medication was to make sure it was the correct medication. I was floored when I read Adderall. I am sickened by the fact the wrong prescription was filled and furthermore the pharmacist did not even ask me if it was the correct prescription. I do not understand why a professional that went to school to study pharmacology can get meds wrong. It's not just this CVS. I have realized all are completely incompetent, and depending in which city the CVS is, or CVS plural, they all consistently the worst prescription services company. There is a drug addiction epidemic going on which will continue to get worse. But depending on what CVS the city it's located in... certain CVS's have the only certain medications. CVS are located in areas deemed to be low income are extremely judgmental and racist if you will. Example, a CVS in Brentwood LA California does not use the safe for the most addictive drugs / medications. Cities like gardenia, Carson, Boyle heights, etc, have these ridiculous time sensitive safes and that's if they carry the controlled med . I wonder what happened to CVS until I read that they are the lowest paying company and they definitely overwork their pharmacists. Most cvses have one pharmacist and one pharmacist cannot perform all the tasks it takes which results in huge medication mistakes.

I appears as as though this location has lost its will to live. First they say they are out of stock, days later that it was picked up by me when I didn't as if I wouldn't know. Now my insurance won't authorize another refill for 90 days. They will randomly switch my refills from 90 to 30 days which not only triples my co-pays, but uses up my number of refills three times faster. They will without explanation refuse to fill and cancel prescriptions they had been filling for years. This location has been going downhill for a while, but now they've reached the point where I can no longer trust them with my health needs. Needless to say, all my prescriptions have been transferred out to another pharmacy That's not CVS.

This CVS has been holding its own for many years now. It's been like "The Little Engine That Could" cousin of the other pharmacies around with nice placing by an intersection. It has a freakin drive thru pharmacy too right next to a Wendy's!!!!! So cool!!! I noticed that people who failed to steal stuff from the Albertsons either try to steal here and/or they try to hide at this CVS, but end up getting caught inside here or at the parking lot. It's pretty damn funny too because they think they're slick. Sorry, don't ruin a good CVS for our community just because you want more than stimulus checks and food stamps. To me, this is a fairly sized grab and go-like CVS. I wish they had better stock and prices on certain things, but it's ok. Supply and demand is totally understandable in an overly-populated every year Carson. Parking isn't bad since they share a strip mall with Wendy's. Customer service isn't bad either. Many of the workers take their time to simply acknowledge and say "Hello! Welcome to CVS" to customers who enter; so that's pretty damn welcoming and cool to me. My only request is for them to get more varieties of energy drinks if possible! Other than that; I have no reason not to give them 5 stars.

Good place for medical needs
