When I went, the manicurist filed my nails very roughly and my finger was cut and bleeding when I left. She was rough throughout the process and seemed in a hurry although no one was there. The only reason why I was reluctant to say anything is because she was very friendly with my three year old daughter and gave her a candy. I also noticed the nails were put on very tightly because after two weeks, I tried to take them off and it was very painful. Whenever I put nails on, I am able to take them off after two weeks without any issues. Many of my nails were left broken and some had a little bit of blood. Normally when you take off nails, your nails will be weak for awhile but this experience seriously ruined my nails. I had to wait another week to take off my thumb nails because they were glued on too tight. I do not recommend going to this place at all.

Last time I stopped by two workers ignored me, it was before 5pm, they said come back an hour later with attitude, last attempt again today it's 5pm, ask for a fill and they say come back tomorrow when they only had two clients!!!!! They don't look like they ever want to work, why are they even open? Who knows. Horrible customer service!! Do not come here!! If I could I would give zero stars!!

Save your time and money! Left with an unpleasant experience today. Nail tech was super aggressive, kept pushing my hand back and filed my nails too short. I had to ask her to clean up around my nail because she left paint around. Such a sloppy job overall and I wish I wouldn't have stopped at all. 0 stars!!

I have really bad nerve damage in my feet. I've been looking sor a nail salon to do my toes correctly for YEARS. I went here and they handled them without complaining. I travel from West Covina to Carson just for a pedicure despite the gas prices right now. I love it hereServices: Manicures

My family and I have been coming here for years. With many things, it has definitely changed and the nail technicians that would consider us regulars, are no longer there. Still, we get our nails done here and I felt compelled to write a review b/c there were a few things that I felt were worth noting: 1. The place is and always has been clean. This is definitely worth mentioning because for a decent sized space, it can often get crammed but Diamond Nails has always done a great job at keeping their space as open as possible. Regarding safety measures during COVID, they have plexi glass surrounding the chairs so you'll be pretty safe especially since they require masks. 2. The technician that did a pedicure for me was rough. She did a good job and my toes look fab, but she wasn't as sensitive or gentle as I would have liked her to be. At one point, she nearly stabbed my toe and I don't think she realized how aggressive she was being. Lol, it's all good though. I just let her know that it was a bit much and she adjusted. 3. The prices have increased. Instead of $12 for a regular pedicure, it's now $20. I guess that's the norm these days but just something to know. If you want to add the callus remover treatment it'll be $5 in addition to your pedicure. We added the callus remover and the technician rushed the process. Instead of letting my feet soak in the gel, she applied it and then a minute later took it off. I've done callus remover treatments before and they've all been pretty consistent in letting the feet marinate for a short while (at least 10 mins in my experience). This was a bit odd since my aunt and I were the only customers in the shop.

The best place for a pedicure. Ask for LILLY the absolute best non rushed massage and detailed pedicure. First time here, rushing to find a place because my usual spot was out of way. Definitely coming back.

I never post reviews but this is the worst nail job I've ever gotten. I was up sold a dip nail polish and ended up going with a cheap replica of acrylic nails. These are my actual nails and I usually tend to keep them nice but the nail tech did such a terrible job my nails feel so heavy and the shaping is all wrong. She didn't even try to do a decent manicure she used her machine on my nails the entire time. I'm very disappointed in the dip I'll stick to what I know and keep getting gel.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Although it's a bit far from where I live, most times I don't mind the drive out here to get my nails done because I always leave satisfied. The owner of the shop is the nicest person ever! So are all the other workers, but I mainly ask for Susan. She always takes her time while doing my acrylics. And as I'm an aspiring nail tech myself, she would give me tips and show me how to do certain things so that I could learn from her. There are also so many colors to choose from and they also do dip powder which I really like. My experiences here are always great! I also always get my brows waxed by her and she does them perfect each time. Sometimes her daughter is there to help her out and she speaks perfect english so it's easier to communicate.

Sooooo. It's Sunday, I get the fact that I was a "walk-in" & there is only 2 workers available. There were already 2 clients being worked on & 1 was ahead of me. Honestly, I would have left but considering I am a mom of 2 & my mom & sis are home with them I figured I can wait it out. It's not often that I get some time for myself, I took the risk... 2 clients leave & I am given a chair to soak my feet(in for a pedi)... I've been sitting in this damn chair going into 1 1/2 hrs... At 4pm the lady told me if I can wait a few more minutes because she has her 4pm appt. I was like WTF, why didn't you tell me this before you sat me down... She was like "Sorry, I forgot"... my feet look like old, shrunk raisins by now... Well, guess what "I'm gonna forget to give you a tip"... See how that works for her... I come here because it is my go-to-spot & I live nearby... I will have to start taking my business elsewhere... Communication here Sucks @$$ ! Beware if you come here... Not knocking the way they do nails but they have to work on their lack in communication... Very Unprofessional Indeed... STILL GOING TO WAIT considering my chances of getting my feet done are rare, far & in-between...
