They are very racist and do not provide good work. All the fruit is almost rotten, I don't recommend it. I worked there for a few days and it seems like I don't like Hispanic people.

Whenever I need a quick gift or have a sweet tooth, I love stopping by this location. The staff is very friendly ? they already know I'm here for my chocolate covered strawberries ? ?

Patty is the BEST delivery person ever! She was able to reschedule my mothers bday arrangement and called me to keep me updated! She is the best soul ever! I wish there was a way to tip her directly! Especially for taking the time to do this for me! VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

Chocolate cover bananas do not last past 1 day. If you peel the chocolate off you'll notice the bananas are brown unless they weee already brown prior to dipping. I really like the clean packaging. I would definitely try a different location however all locations deserves a chance.

Order date 2/8/23. Delivery date requested 2/14/23 (#1 PHOTO), with clear DELIVERY INSTRUCTION (#6 PHOTO). 2/14/23- NO call, email or any contact from your store or the driver for delivery. I even called the store at 6:16pm and was told you're just waiting for the driver. At 6:55pm, the status was "Arranging Your Order Now" (on #2 PHOTO) and store closes at 7pm that day! We waited until MIDNIGHT since whenever I check the status, it keeps saying "Out for Delivery" with fulfillment date 2/14/23 (#3 PHOTO). 2/15/23 Got 1st call and voicemail @5:07PM from your store for the first time since I ordered (#4 PHOTO).THIS IS PAST MY DELIVERY DATE REQUESTED. Your store's fulfillment date then changed to 2/15/23?!Hmm(#5 PHOTO). 2 day old fruit is NOT ACCEPTABLE, not to mention useless as Valentine's Day surprise present. 2/16/23 Got another call from your store. At this point, it should be common sense that you did not fulfill my confirmed order for 2/14/23 delivery & that 3 day old fruit delivery is just gross. PLEASE!!! Do better & Do not accept anymore orders beyond what you can deliver and fulfill.

Extremely disappointed! My husband placed an order last week for chocolate covered strawberries, cheesecake, and a teddy bear to be delivered yesterday. He wanted it to be a surprise, since he's out of town for work, and will be the first time we didn't spend Valentine's together in 11 years.. and especially since it's our lil ones 1st Valentine's! I went all day thinking he forgot about me this year, but he finally told me in the early evening that his delivery was supposed to arrive. Around 6:45pm, a call was made to the store and they said that it was out for delivery. I stayed up late but still no delivery around 11:30pm, and then same thing when I woke up. Very disappointing!!! My husband saw his update that it was out for delivery today so he called to see what was going on. They said they would call him back because their "system was down". When they called him back, they said they wouldn't cancel the delivery and refund him. We've both ordered from edible arrangements for many holidays/events for well over 15 years. We're contemplating never ordering from the company again and looking into who we'll be using next. Of all the Valentine's days, this one was most important for a variety of reasons. It would have meant a lot to receive this delivery. Terrible!

Had the most pleasant experience at this location!!! I recently visited to redeem a birthday reward there, and there was such a warm and welcoming environment as soon as I walked through the door, everyone very eager to be helpful! And upon discovering it was my birthday, the entire staff gifted me a personalized birthday brownie, complete with a candle for me to blow out, and then subsequently broke out in the Happy Birthday song; it was such an unexpected and sweet surprise, I have never experienced customer service like that! The staff truly made an impression on me, I will very much be a returning customer with that kind of atmosphere!

More often than not the fruit is always fresh. They always make an extra effort to deliver their product the same day. I've only been to one location that I was very disappointed but overall Edible Arrangements

Shoutout to VeeDee I'm sure I spelled her name wrong but she was able to help me with my order that I had put the wrong date for delivery smh she was kind enough to make the changes in such little time and told me she can make the order and get it delivered on time. Thank you!!

I don’t ever really write reviews but personally I had to for this one. I ordered from this specific store & they forgot a portion of what I ordered. It’s fine it happens. So I called their number and a girl named angie (I don’t know if that was really her name or she gave me a fake name but she sounded very young .. I called at 12:29 PM July 4 who ever that young lady was) was so rude. I told her only a portion of it came and I wasn’t finished talking and she just kept interrupting me. I’m also in customer service but this is not how you handle a phone call. She assumed some things when clearly she was wrong that is why I called the number. Honestly, “Angie” needs to do some training. The delivery lady was lovely and very kind I appreciate the delivery driver lady. But who ever answered in July 4 @12.29PM on their office phone; lady; you need some customer skills. She was so rude. I felt like I was literally talking to a five year old with an attitude. Take your money else where!!! There’s other locations where you can do edible arrangements. Unfortunately the young lady “Angie” who does customer service has the worse customer service I ever had.

I've ordered from this particular location at least twice in the last 2 years.. it was okay enough for me to order again since it's close to my home. BUT THIS TIME!!!! Terrible!! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. I could've saved my money & made better strawberries than this at home. First, they're ROTTEN! Multiple berries are soggy & soft. They're terribly dipped. Sitting in pools of chocolate. They're so UGLY I don't even want them anymore. I called the store & they offered to remake them, but I cancelled because I don't even trust them. They offered to refund my money, but I have yet to receive confirmation of that. I probably won't order edible arrangements again from this location or any other for that matter. For what they cost, how dare they do such a trash job!?!

Thank you. Thank you to the Edible Arrangements staff at the Carson location ! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to someone for a birthday surprise but the recipient was unreachable. The delivery person reached out to me to let me know of the situation. They made a second attempt but still no luck. I called the store and spoke to DeeDee. She graciously allowed me to change the delivery location which isn't the norm. The arrangement was successfully delivered and received at the new location this morning. Thank you so much DeeDee and staff for going above and beyond in your customer service and professionalism. It is greatly appreciated. Erick

On Saturday afternoon, I ordered an arrangement to be picked up. They asked me the time for pick up and I told them at about 3 pm. She said OK. At 3:04 I showed up at the door and they were closed!!! They failed to tell me that a 3 pm pick up was not doable bc they close at 3! Who the heck schedules a pick up time at the same time that you all leave!!!! Really not smart at all! When I called to complain, the assistant manager confirmed that the door automatically closes at 3 pm and they leave. She would not take any responsibility and told me that I should have paid attention to their store hours that are posted. I told her that I ordered over the phone and would have never seen the posted hours of operation. Why in the world would anyone allow for a pick up at the time that they close! In the end, its my fault for ordering from a place that has so few stars and poor ratings yelp.. seems like this place is a disaster! I will go across the street to Ralphs next time to get flowers or something similar. Im a pretty reasonable person, all the manager needed to do from the get go is take responsibility and come up with a solution, rather she became defensive, coming up with reasons why I was wrong and directed me to corporate. Its so sad to see that she manages situations for a company in this manner!

I walked int to place an order for Mother's Day, one worker came in from the back and told me she'll be back. She left me standing in the front for 15 minutes, never came back, so I just walked out. Poor service. Never ever will go back there.
