Hard to get a live person to talk to, does not give location of where to pick up merchandise, just send it back.

This is the worse delivery company there is. Guarantee they don't attempt delivery if the package is more than 10lbs. Customer service will attempt to pacify you will apologies and it will never happen again statements but it will just about everytime.

My packet was delivered to wrong address in Carson. The house shown in the photo proof of delivery is not my house. Though the houses number are similar but the street is different. Until now I could not get my package back.
