This facility lost my iphone and delivered it to the wrong address. Mistakes happen, but the worst part is is that FedEx Management hides behind automation you can’t reach anybody to get anything fixed or talk to anybody about the problem this is the worst delivery company never use them always use UPS or USPS.

It’s a total mess—nobody knows where anything is. You can’t find the trailers for shit, and the workers act like clueless guests who don't know a thing. Manager, if you're reading this, I think you need to replace the staff; they just sit at the computers playing video games.

Just like fedex on road same way fedex in this facility security made me stopped on roadway as soon I turned into checking lane mind you it was empty nd 2 big back Hispanic ladys at office were rude I hope no more pu from this fedex
