So this place is huge. I am handicapped and was grateful that they had a electric scooter. So that I could shop the whole store. It did wind up running out of juice, but it's okay. I was able to find what I was looking for, they have a great selection, and are reasonably priced.

The last two times I came to this location, I made sizable purchases. I worked with Nick in the pro department. A couple other associates as well. On both occasions, I recieved promt and well executed customer service. This is worth my time to post a review on how well this location is being managed and bravo to Nick for your hard work. Keep it up guys!

The Baseline: For a store selling construction supplies the selection of materials must be varied / available, the prices must be fair, and the service must be helpful.
Service: All the staff at this Carson location have been helpful and friendly. They have assisted me in special orders, returns, and pick up of selection.
Selection: This Floor and Decor has a great selection of tile, flooring materials, construction supplies, bathroom vanities, and various other construction materials. The tile selection is really awesome when we did both of our bathroom remodels. The 48”x48” tiles were perfect to minimize my grout lines and give my floors and wall a smooth finish. The back splash tile for my kitchen also made it look nice and welcoming. You will be able to find your style here at Floor and Decor Carson.
Value: I got my back splash tile for $1.29 per tile, over ordered by 4 boxes, and the staff refunded me with no issues. The 4x4 were a bit more ($84 per tile) but worth it. The delivery fee is decent and not wholly unreasonable but if you pay for the service they will be great at exchanging any broken tile.

Floor and Decor has a large selection of flooring of various types and grades. There is also a large selection of tile, along with natural and artificial stone. Think of a large department store-sized area devoted to flooring, tile, and stone.

Very positive experience at the Carson Town Center Floor& Decor
I needed to do several things at this location, and from the person at the cashier Irene Associat # 108170 to the Manager I believe Eszrom Associat # 33169. Both these individuals when outvof there way to make sure my return & purchase went as smoothly as possible. Definitely would recommend going here for any flooring needs. Service up n beyound what you expect from customer service.
