Today they I sent my driver to pick up a reman sam chasis on an online order that we created. They gave him the new one instead which is like 50% more. I sent him back again and they gave him a new one again. You need to watch your online orders and will calls with them because they will switch them for higher priced items. This isn't even close to being the first time they do this.

Ordered part on over the phone the night before. After driving an hour to get there, No record of order and no part in stock. Placed the order again and had to return the next day after 12. Store is small and cluttered. Whittier is much nicer.

They Deserve 0 Star Because I was there 07/06/2023 8:15 Am . My truck was Loosing power I went there on 15 MPH with 4 way Flasher there was young Girl on the Service counter she is really rude and I was telling her my truck is loosing power and there is check engine light and she said we don’t have time to diagnose you can Leave your truck here we will check after 14 days what’s the problem and we let you know after 14 days . I was telling her can you open the gate and I want to make a you turn and I’m going to other Freightliner and she said rudely oh we can’t allow you to go inside for you turn you have to go all the way back up on the road . They don’t respect anyone I think they need special training to how to respect customers and How to talk .
