This review for the worker named Edelberto in the nursery. He was very patient and helpful with my mom when she went in the looking for help exchanging her plant and sincerely wanted to help her and make sure she got what she wanted. His customer service was excellent and he even greeted us when we came in through the door. Interactions like today make you want to come back. Although she didn't find what she wanted, she left happy and taken care of. Good Job!

Today I was struggling in home dept to buy a massive amount of paint that my contractor had requested and I was assisted in the paint dept with great customer service with selecting the right type of paint.... Then at checkout a super helpful employee named Christina assisted me with paying and using pro numbers which can be confusing. Good day at the Depot!

Most, definitely not all, but most, of the staff are nice enough. I don't jump to leave reviews but I just would hope that the management would take this to heart. Their online stock frequently fails to reflect what is currently on the shelves. I like to check online before I spend my time and gas driving in, and more than half the time, the items are not only not in the aisle and bay indicated on the website, but the staff and customer service have no clue where the plentiful stock has gone to. Why offer the feature online if you don't adhere to it properly in the store? Certainly things must be moved around, so why not AT LEAST make the information available to the staff?

The service at this store sucks. Home Depot does NOT deliver purchased items on time as promised. I purchased a freezer from this store location Sunday. They promised delivery by Tuesday. The delivery man refused to let me inspect the freezer before leaving it and drove away without delivering. I've been waiting since then for Home Depot to either deliver the item or refund my my money. Here it is Friday and I still don't have my delivery!!!

I went to collect an online order at Home Depot, and Coco and Sandi facilitated the pick-up incredibly smoothly. Their exceptional customer service made the experience outstanding. Every visit to this Home Depot surpasses expectations with their exceptional assistance. I'll definitely return!

If I could give this Home Depot negative stars I would. It's a Saturday, many workers are standing around on their phones laughing not helping guests, and when I asked for help it seemed like I was bothering them and they actually sent me on a wild hunt bc no one knew where clamps were. I finally found what I was looking for on my own and turns out you can't buy a single clamp. You have to buy 4. This is a commonly used product. Why do I need to buy 4??? I caved in and just took what I could get. Finally making it to the cashiers. That's where the natural disaster happened. 1 self check out and 2 cashiers for the ENTIRE STORE!!!!!! Unacceptable. This store lost my business and I went to ace hardware where I was in and out in 4 mins. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

Amazing, kind & helpful staff! Darlene, Arturo and team should be the gold standard other stores aspire to be. This Carson store #6670 made a donation of Harvest items that were going to be tossed. Without hesitation, they donated these items to a Harbor area school that has a Harvestfest fundraiser held each year, the funds raised benefits the entire school population including the special needs students. I will gladly make the commute to this store. They are truly an example of community and kindness.

Usually I don't leave a review for places like this but I was extremely happy with the customer service today. The forklift operator Abraham went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and he did it fast and with a smile. Very appreciative of him, made my morning a lot less stressful. Thanks Abraham.

As with most of the other customers here, I strongly agree that the customer service here needs to improve a whole lot! If I could give them one star I would and as a grade I give them the lowest F. I came to this particular location yesterday and the service was horrible. All the workers do is laugh and joke around and don't pay attention to their customers. When you come up to them they don't even say hello how did everything go today. I went to the nursery yesterday to buy two gallons of roses which were quite heavy. They have a portable or mobile scanner gun so the lazy cashier could have got out of the booth and scanned them for me. I asked her kindly to do that especially I had some pokes and scratches from the thorns and she replied in a nasty tone and gave me a dirty look sorry it's not our problem, either you put at least one in the counter or else I can't scan them for you. I'm never coming to this Home Depot again. At other Home Depot stores and Lowe's too, they care about their customers and are polite and courteous but here, they treat their customers like garbage and talk to them like garbage! Sad there's no option of ZERO STARS!!

I can't speak for all dept. My only experience so far is the Paint Dept. There were 3 ppl behind the counter. It was a slow time so there were no other customer in the area aside from myself. After deciding what paint color i walked up to the counter. None of them were really facing me so i said "excuse me". All 3 turned and looked at me in silence. There was a pause. I guess being in customer service in the past i guess i expected "hello, how can i help you" or just a simole "how can i help you?" So after the awkward pause with no one saying anyond i said "who could help me?" One girl said "all of us can". I saud back, "ok, just wasn't sure all you guys did was just turn and looked at me." I handed one of the girl my choice of paint card, the other walked up and said, "you're a much better person than i am". The girl that was helping me made no comment. No idea if she was talking about something else or what just happened. I'll assume the former because if its on my comment then she should address it to me directly since i'm standing right there so no need for a snide remark. In a nutshell don't expect this place to focus customer service. I took the names down so if management wants to reach out i got the names ready.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I asked two floor representatives certain products are and also for assistance and the response I received was I not sure where the product your looking at is to be honest. Also, the way they responded was very sarcastic and unprofessional. I didn't get there names because I was so upset at they treated me. The managers at this location needs to set expectations on their employees because all I saw where many floor reps just talking and hiding in aisles dodging to assist customers.
