Just walked up to Johnnys. They close at 5. It's 4:54 and the lady holds the door as I pull it and locks it in my face. Very rude.

It's truly disheartening to invest so much money in a business only to be treated with suspicion and rudeness when verifying my credentials as a licensed cosmetologist. Today marks the end of my patronage here. It's important to remember not to be dismissive or disrespectful. I am indeed licensed, and it's disappointing to be doubted. I provided proof by showing my license on the official breeze.ca website, only to be met with skepticism. You no longer need to concern yourself with me as a customer. Seriously!

I live in Carson and frequent this store. Ive bought many products from here. So I go in there today to buy some wigs. The asian broad/owner gives lack luster service to start. Then I ask to try on some wigs, and she says "we dont allow that"! So, you think that you can give the black dollar no respect!?! You expect us to buy product blindly? Thats the dumbest s*** Ive heard for heard for a business! I believe that you have this practice because you dont respect the black customer! The Carson and neighboring communities are comprised of Black people! Treat us with some respect or move your business elsewhere. There is no place here esp. for a business that doesn't value and respect the black dollar! A damn shame, she cudda made some money today! I just read other reviews w the same sentiments! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! THEY NEED TO GET OUT OF OUR COMMUNITY!

Cannot return hair curler even it was not open or used. Bad customer service. Will not return nor recommend to anyone! Bad business. They do not trust anyone. They think you are not telling them the reason why you’re returning the unused item.

The Selections is childish. If you're African-American like myself I would not recommend you go here, they advertise all black women in the windows, but they disrespected black women. This sassy man followed me around the whole store, when I decided to use his assistance in following me by asking a question he laughed at the questions I asked, he degraded me, then said "how you don't know the different" then told me I can leave because I said you're being rude. I do not recommend this business.

I’m gonna have to be honest. Are usually don’t care about owners with racist tendencies but I’m not comfortable with how this establishment treats black customers, the same black customers that generate their wealth from this business inhumanely. They do not respect Black people at disestablishment but want to serve the black community in a black neighborhood and I honestly find it very disgusting. Management is very rude and entitled and honestly needs to take business elsewhere and make space for a black owned beauty supply to be there.

If you’re a black person do not come here. The owner was very disrespectful and rude. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!
