If i there would be option for zero star they guys deserve it am waiting here for pickup from last 8 hours and the workers are just enjoying and talking to each other they don’t care about commercial drivers time. I will never come again here. When i go inside to ask that i have been waiting here from last 6 hours they said you can leave without load. Very rude and disrespectful staff they all should be fired and this company should have a permanent lock on the gates.

Do not book shipment through this company! They really need to learn how to treat customers. Sadly, this was the worst service & extremely disrespectful people. They do not care about the shipment.

If I could , I would have not given any star. Worst service ever. They are extremely rude, do not believe in problem solving & helping the pickup & delivery process simple & easy. Pathetic service ever. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER! Zero stars for John !

Attention!!! Carriers who are trying to work with this company or already working with this. This company is not honest with paying you for shipment. Two weeks ago was on a shipment from Medley to Orlando for $650. The shipper only had half the shipment ready was told to deliver the half by William and he would send updated rate con. Have been requesting for about 2 weeks now for updated rate con by email and phone. William Segales has been avoiding me to not pay for a shipment that was picked up and delivered same day. I would not recommend working with this company will only repond to you if they need you to move a shipment.

The level of customer service is appalling! The driver showed up at the entrance to my building and claimed they could not deliver to my door. The drivers left my furniture at the building entrance near the street. 400 pound sofa had to be carried up by my 14 year old son. UNACCEPTABLE! Do not use this service ever!
