The worst thing about ordering something on-line is the possibility of having to deal with a return or exchange. I am happy to know, first-hand, that this will not be the case when I order from Lakeshore just so long as they continue to provide the service I received during Christmas (2023).I want to compliment Lakeshore and, specifically, the nice lady (Karla) who helped with the issue I had with my web order 516830774. Your Packing List No. 101822 correctly listed one I Can Drive First Fire Truck (Item FT765); however, I received a different item altogether (some tent building kit). My little Girl specifically wanted this truck and I was heartbroken to think that I wasn't going to be able to give it to her that Saturday. I called and the lady who helped me assured me that I would receive the correct item beforehand. The ease of getting everything straightened-out left me second-guessing whether or not everything would actually turn out the way I was promised. Especially since this was during Christmas...but it did. I didn't even have to return the item that was sent by mistake. Thank you!!

This company not only makes educational materials of the highest quality; they also have truly kind and helpful people working in customer service. I had a problem with an order and Jessica A. and Maria K. treated me with utmost kindness and compassion. They did everything humanly possible to solve any problems. I feel very compelled to write this because such exceptional customer relations and quality feel very rare these days. I will stay a loyal customer to Lakeshore because I want to support companies that did not replace valuable people with customer service AI. Thank you.

Great store. They have teacher supplies, classroom decorations, school supplies, learning games and toys and a ton of workbooks. This is a great store for teachers, homeschoolers and parents. If you sign up you can get discount coupons in your e-mail and save on toys or games. If you're a teacher of any sort, or just looking for educational supplies, you'll find them at Lakeshore. They have a large selection of classroom supplies and the best learning materials. Teachers will find bulletin board decorations, really unique, colorful and hard-to-find cutesy stuff. You don't need to be a teacher to enjoy the store. If you're a creative or artist, you might find it just as amusing. Every Saturday 11 am- 3 pm they offer free c crafts. Nobody obligated to buy anything. Lakeshore is clean and organized. Good prices. Great resources and service! Staff members are friendly and courteous!

Lakeshore has been my go to store for supplies. I usually buy posters, wall accents, construction paper, scissors, stickers, glue, and everything else I need. I have been a couple times in the last few years and find everything I need at reasonable prices. Unsure when they started their Lakeshore Bucks but it came in handy on my last few recent trips. They have a gracious return policy - 1 year with proof of purchase. I definitely recommend Lakeshore for anyone's learning needs and for teachers.

This is my absolute favorite place to look for toys for my classroom and my own child. Every toy has an intended use AND educational benefit. I do wish it was more affordable-I wish every family had access to these toys/activities

I love this store . there are so many great learning toys and clever hands on activity sets that really help your child learn. This is my go to spot for my 2 year old and I have to say that he loves this store too. The people who work here are very helpful and are also friendly. The prices are sort of expensive but I take advantage of the things that are on sale and you have to sign up to receive texts so you get discounts. I will always support lakeshore learning.

Be ready to be followed around in this store ! We are both educators and wanted to spend some money. It's very insulting to be treated this way. They even followed us into the clearance section ! We won't be back ! Lakeshore DO BETTER ! It's a shame !

They have a lot of stuff for teachers and parents for their class or kids. Was looking for some math practice games and found them. That being said, I didn't appreciate being followed around the store as though my family and I were going to steal. After picking up a few things we needed, we went to the back to the clearance section. As we looked, several employees walked around to where we were always looking. Just randomly came around when before only like one worker was there. Looking at chairs? A worker hanging out right in that section. Walking in aisle, another pushing a cart with stuff very slowly next to us. I went to look at some calendar numbers. They were low on the pegs so I crouched down to look at them. And who's there? An employee who just happened to be "tying his shoe" exactly the amount of time I was crouched down looking at the calendar numbers. I stood up after finding some, and would you believe he also finished with his shoe. I walked toward his direction and he just stood there, I don't know, to block me? The ONLY reason we didn't leave all the stuff we were going to buy and walked out is because we drove a bit to get here and we needed the items for our child and me for work. Is it common to treat customers as thieves? The REAL stealing is taking place with those prices.

Love, the outlet / corporate store. You can order online then pick in store or curbside. I use the order online, so I don't overspend. There are so many great items and I want them all for my grandson.

We need more teacher stores. I drift from lakeshore cause they are big business! Bust they have what I need for the most part a little pricy but they are open weekends so they get my biz caus this teacher needs late/weekend hours!
