I called ahead of time and asked would it be okay for me to come in at 6:20 the woman on the phone said yes come on in. I came in at 6:18 they were all getting ready to do karaoke and no one wanted to do my nails, finally two women agreed to work on my nails. When I came in the speaker was so loud I couldn’t hear my AirPods they turned the music down and at 6:40 turned it right back up. I understand it’s Saturday night and they want to party so I told her I’ll come back Sunday she drained the water said no they’re closed on Sunday and rushed to finish my feet. The best nail techs were Chole and Sophia and they are no longer there. Besides the rush job the most annoying part was the gnats. I think it’s time I find a new nail shop.

I have given this place multiple tries since it’s close by and can really say at this point that I really do not understand the good reviews. My latest manipedi had the manicurist literally rip/yank out multiple cuticles to the point where most of my fingers are incredibly sensitive, painful, and I can barely bend my fingers. It’s so ridiculous and infuriating. Has never happened before. I literally have bandages on most of my fingers covering the manicure ironically. My toe nail ingrown was half with part of it still sticking out making it too painful to remove and has been bleeding repeatedly just from walking and the wound reopening. Again, never happened before. I can’t express how angry I am at the unprofessional, careless, and haphazard job.
The place also always seems dirty like towels being stained and discolored. The towel my feet were on today seemed like they had nail file dust on it already and weren’t changed out. I should have walked out then. Would have spared my cuticles too. Will never ever be back. There are plenty of other nail salons nearby that have friendlier and less annoyed staff, cleaner, and same prices.

My first time visiting. Chloe was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, and then gave me her opinion on what would look best based on what I was looking for. I left with nails and toes I really love. I will always come back here!

I am not one to post negative reviews but this place unfortunately deserves it. A while back i called in for a mani pedi and was told to come in. I waited for over 40 mins w/o any updates on when i was next so i left. Decided to give them a 2nd try, called in for a pedi and full set as the owner Leah was starting on my new set i told her i wanted them shorter and she yelled (yes actually yelled at me) "they are the same size". I had to unfortunately stay there since she had started the process but i will not go back. As a paying customer i deserve to be treated better and get what i want and not what the tech wants.

I had been going to Leah for a while she has always been very kind. I met her at her previous location. The staff was very nice at first however in my last few visits a man is always walking around watching like a hawk you ask a question he answers as if you were talking to him vs anyone. Additionally, the tech I last saw made me feel uncomfortable I have birthmarks on my feet and she kept asking what they were and it is was contagious even after I told her they were birth marks. Made me feel embarrassed as it is always a full house.

First impression is everything so I won't be going back to this salon! Literally went in to ask one simple question and I don't know if it was because it was close to 7pm (6:20ish) but the ladies were very rude especially the young one who spoke to me. Definitely don't recommend!!!

Best Facial by Katie. I felt so relaxed and face products feel good. The massage is amazing and she examines your skin and I liked the face masks. Really good experience.

After my pedi,Im asking use their electric massager while waiting my driver,disgusting they didn't allow me to use their e.massager thats their boss told them.For in fact theirs 3 available e.massage seat.This is my first and last in this Leahs nail salon!

I called this nail salon yesterday to ask if they can do an acrylic soak off the lady proceeded to say we’re busy when that wasn’t my question I was not even planning on going there that day. Then I asked her do you have availability in the morning and she said something like we’re busy again. That was poor customer service and she was unwilling to find an available date. They just lost a potentially loyal customer.

Best nail shop in the South Bay. I’ve been coming here for years and all the techs do a fantastic job. Tip them well!
