They replaced my rear door window, and I am very happy with the response time and the professionalism of the technician. Almost 4 months after having the window replaced, I noticed that the window was not going up all the way. I called Roy at Master Auto Glass and he asked me to come by so his technician could take a look at it. He fixed it right away. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Much cheaper than other places but they said they didn’t receive Zelle payment when it went thru and drove away. Then they came back to do the job and couldn’t get all of the glass out of the side door. Would go somewhere else if I were you..

I was dropping my car off to have it shipped overseas, and during the inspection, they noticed a crack going across my entire windshield that wasn't visible to the naked eye. I called Master Auto Glass and instantly was able to take my car to the shop and have it repaired! The owner was very friendly and helpful, and it took them less than 30 minutes to complete. The price was the exact quote I got from a few other shops that I called. On a good note, I was able to turn my car in and have it shipped thanks to Master Auto Glass! I am very grateful for them!

They promised to quickly rearrange the glass, I waited 4 hours. They promised to re-glue the stickers carefully, but they did everything very poorly. They said it's your problem. I don't recommend going.

I found Master Glass by googling. I needed the windshield repaired on my Honda Accord. I spoke to Ray and he scheduled an appointment right away and the repairs were done at my residence. The service was prompt, professional and Ray communicated with me from beginning to end. I highly recommend Master Auto Glass.

I cannot say enough good things about Ray & his team @ Master Auto Glass! I called this morning needing a window replacement. Ray answered immediately, was fantastic and then worked around my schedule sending his tech Jerry to complete the job @ our home. Jerry was on it! Kind, knowledgable, answered all my questions and completed the job within 45 minutes. Great value as well. I priced other companies & Ray @ Master is a value. Highly recommend!!

Ray is awesome to work with. Good communication and follow up. They came to work on my window regulator the next day within 24 hours without delay. Don't go to other glass company. Better than Safelite who will schedule to work on your repairs like in 2-3 weeks instead, at their own convenience and not that of the customer. You can't even speak to a person at Safelite. They will quote you a low estimate which is far off the actuall bill or what they will charge you.

Called them in the morning to get my car window replaced. They provided me a reasonable quote, once I agreed to the price, a technician came over the same day and replaced my window on the spot. Highly recommend them as the service was on time and quick!

Called Master Auto Glass at 7:30am when we found 2 of our service trucks had been broken into the night before. Ray was able to have a tech out to our Shop by 10:30am and he was done before noon! Master Auto Glass offered us the best price, including same-day installation at our Shop. As a business with multiple service trucks, we have the need for quick and reliable auto glass repair at times. We now have Master Auto Glass on speed dial! We highly recommend them!

They helped me a lot!!!! Let me share my experience today. 12:10pm back wind shield broke. I call couple of shield fix company and they are the one who give me quickest response. They gave me a clear estimate and set up appointment which I need it immediately over the phone. 12:45 technician arrived. 1:40 all work was done and shield was back to normal. After I broke the window, they fixed and cleaned everything in an hour and a half. The work was done quickly and very clean. I don't want to have the same experience again, but if I need it to fix,I would ask them again. thank you so much!!

Incredibly good service from beginning to end. Appeared at my home quickly and replaced the windshield in less than an hour. Would highly recommend! Best price too! Don’t go to the company that spends billions on ads. Master Auto Glass will take excellent care of you for much less and much faster!
