I had app 9:30am for oil change ,since 11am my car was ready . Till I ask 11:42 for my car I was charged. No inf about what my car needs was given I need brakes, check engine light is on, no A/C no diagnose was given to me . Bad experience

The team here is incredibly knowledgeable and very up front and honest. Great experience. I came in expecting to have to replace all 4 brakes because of a word nose I was hearing. They did a road test, checked and measured everything. Found some sorry, but no issues. So they double checked everything again to confirm safety. Really thorough work to prove they didn't need to charge me anything!
Definitely coming back. Oscar the manager keeps the shop moving while still communicating with clients the whole way through.

I was not sure what the noise was when driving. I came into this Midas. Oscar was very helpful and explained what the issue was with no pressure. The rest of the staff I countered was also polite and helpful. What I thought was need was a wheel alignment turned out not needed. But needed a wheel bearing.

This place dont even deserve a 1 star it deserves a zero star. Took my car in for a alignment and a alignment only. They said it would be 1 hour I go back in a hour. For them to tell me so much other stuff that is irrelevant to what I needed done. To top it off the crew was lazy just standing around eating their breakfast. I asked why didn't you call me the man said ohh I guess I had the wrong number pretty much laughing when im the one who wrote it down. Places like this under new management no wonder. All they would like to do is scam money out of you.
