The hell with this company. Terrible customer service. Ignores phone calls, takes about a week to get an email response if you're lucky.
Unfortunately placed an order in July. 3 months later never shipped. Won't give accurate updates.
Been in the process of canceling/disputing the order ever since. Absolutely awful company.

I was ready to spend about $2,000 on their site, but I can't even get these people to reply to an email. I guess they don't like selling parts? Good thing there are a bunch of other places who sell the same stuff. Either they don't care or they're careless, which is why I won't be doing any business with them.

Shawn with customer service has taken such good care of me, answered my calls multiple times and helped me find the right parts. I'll keep buying from Mountune bc if you the customer service

These people are basic scammers. Their transmission upgrade services are terribly executed. Defective synchros, wrong shims that give 2-3 times the proper preload. They have been ignoring my warranty claims for months. 20 messages, 30 calls, all ignored. I tried to test them from a different email asking some random questions, and oh miracle, of course they responded when they smelled money

Absolutely awesome products. Everything I have ordered for both my ranger and fiesta st have been the highest quality aftermarket products I’ve seen. Been to there showroom as well and got a tour of the facility. Great atmosphere and great customer service. Extremely knowledgeable on all things related to ecoboost engines as well. If I could give them and the products more than five stars I would. Huge mountune fan

Ordered the ST charge pipe upgrade package. Forgot that I had an RS throttle body so the cold side would not fit. Mountune support was able to get the pipe swapped out and me back on the road in no time!

My husband ordered a new motor from Mountune and the original tracking info said it would be 8-10 weeks out. No big deal at first but then it was excuse after excuse and now the motor is still not here and we’re at 20 weeks now. No communication from them and not answering the phone either. I know business can be iffy sometimes and the parts can take a bit longer to get there but 20 weeks and not communicating? Frustrating!! Probably would not recommend nor use this company again.

This place used to be great, but recently I ordered pads and rotors. Never received any tracking. So I contact them and they tell me one part is due to arrive [to their store] next week and the other is still in production.So not only do I not have parts to put on my car next week [after taking time off work and making an appointment for the work] I am out $540 for 14 business days. If you don't have the product, don't take the funds.There is no excuse to not have a "on backorder" notification on your website.
