Straight forward purchasing experience. I had an idea of what I was looking for already. Onlinecarstereo had a marine bundle at a great price plus an additional discount as it was the holiday season. It shipped quickly and was well packed. This is my 2nd or 3rd near complete system purchase from Onlinecarstereo and will continue as a customer.

Contacted them with a description of what I needed for my vehicle, they were very helpful and gave me several to choose from. Price was very fair, and rec'd the unit very timely. Tech support was good also.

This place is MAJOR TRASH/SCAM. I ordered set of wheels that was on backorder and kept getting delayed. After reaching out directly to manufacturer, I found out it was discontinued. So, I reached back to these guys for refund, and I never got the refund. Their customer service department have no problem taking my money but when it was time to refund my money back, they kept lying about the refund and that it will take a week to transfer to my account except it never did. This went on for 4 weeks straight before I called my credit card and reported these scumbags to fraud department. I tried to reach out to business owner, but every time I called (at the time I was told to call), he would run away and hide in a "meeting".

Purchased an item that was needed in a short period. Part and Expedited shipping was selected to receive before Friday. Part that arrived was not correct. Customer service was emailed as soon as issue was discovered, but hours did not allow for an resolution until Monday. Once contacted it was confirmed a Warehouse problem and the incorrect item was shipped, I was then required to ship my item back prior to any additional action from Online Car Stereo would be made to shipping out the correct part. A 10% coupon on next purchase was offered, however to offset the lost money due to my time and Expedited shipping, atleast $250 would be required to be spent at the store. This is completely unsatisfactory. Car is apart due to not being able to complete, and my work requiring travel for 2-3 weeks.
