I just have to take a moment to give a HUGE shout-out to Candy at the Public Storage Carson location on Del Amo Blvd! 🌟 From the very first day I came in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her warm personality and genuine kindness are matched only by her incredible customer service.
Candy goes above and beyond in every way, always ready to help, answer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s not just doing her job; she’s making every customer’s experience feel personal and positive. You can tell she truly cares about the people who come through those doors.
If you’re coming to Public Storage Carson on Del Amo Blvd, do yourself a favor and look for Candy and show her some love! She’s a gem, a true asset to this location, and one of the main reasons I’ve had such a great experience these first few months. Thank you, Candy, you are AMAZING! 💜✨

Hi there,
I just closed out my unit this July after nearly three years with Public Storage, and before moving on, I really wanted to recognize Candy.
I’m not sure exactly when she started, but she’s been one of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever met in customer service—especially in the storage industry. She’s always smiling, always patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell she really cares.
Even though I no longer have a space here, I’ll definitely stop by just to say hello. Candy made every visit feel personal, and she’s a true asset to your team.

We needed a storage facility for a move. I called to arrange for two units. We spoke with a very mature young man that was only 18 years old and yet he was very polished. I believe his name was Yousef. Bright young man.

I've lived all over this country and with transitions Public Storage has always been my 1st choice maybe because of the commercials as a kid. It's always been transactional and nothing memorable. But Candy! I always see her! She is so helpful- make sure the property is clean! So friendly and welcoming. I live in Long Beach now but leave my stuff here because of her and my storage neighbors.

Great customer service provided by Candy, clean facility I could tell it is well taken care of, as I was walking to the door the manager Candy was outside cleaning, her face red and out of breath but she still smiled and greeted me so thank you for the amazing customer service provided.
