My daughter got her nails done here with my wife and she said the man who painted her nails grabbed her hands hard and hurt her. This is an unprofessional nail salon.

Please beware of this place if you’re looking to get your nails done. The man is very rough and cut one of my fingers. He even left nail polish all on the side of my other finger. When I asked him if he can fix the nails that he didn’t paint correctly he grabbed my hand all hard and placed it on the table. My daughter got her nails done too and she was scared of him. This will be my first and last time going.

I was very happy with my facial done by Mindy today! She left my skin feeling very refreshed and clean! Mindy is very skilled and really works on problems areas of your skin. I been having facials a long time and Mindy uses good products! I left feeling like a million dollars today! thank you Mindy! The shop is now under new management by Mindy, and any bad reviews are not a bad reflection of her work and staff!

This is my third time coming to rose nails and this time I brought my daughter. Every time I’ve come I have had a wonderful experience. Everytime I’ve come I’ve also purposely chosen a different nail tech and I can honestly say I have been very happy with my nails each time. A whole nail shop full of very professional, kind and experienced technicians will have me coming back and telling a friend. Definitely 10 times better than the previous owners. Thank you

Mindy is very nice business owner she make that everyone is satisfied with the service all the staff are very and the parlor is clean I go there 2 times a month for my lashes eyebrows wax and pedicure and manicure ? ❤️❤️❤️

Love this place. All the the ladies are very nice. Mindy is the owner who does our nails. My daughter's nails always have to be extravagant.

This place is horrible. I've been here only twice since it's been under new management and reminded me why I'm never going back. this place is so unorganized and horrible service. I called to schedule an appt and wasn't seen until 20 min later. then the one that was helping me was much older and so unorganized with her materials. Kept getting side tracked with everything going on around her. It literally took her 45 min just to cut and file my toe nails. (I could of done that at home) She wasn't anywhere near starting on polishing my toe nails. I had to literally stop her and return the following day since she just took to damn long and I had to pick my kids up from school. (Mindy i believe) in charge, told me to return the following day to polish my nails and that it was on them; no charge. I went back the next day & I got the same older lady SMH and she took 30 min just to polish I definitely wasn't giving her a tip. The lady then said it was 20$ for polish. Said she don't recall telling me there was no charge and she didn't recall me going in the day before. And to top it off , 2 girls had walked in while I was being slowly serviced complaining about their nails breaking off literally days after getting them done... NO BUENO. Don't waste your money here !
