Bro, idk if they guy helping me was having a bad day. (Edgar) I was with him for 2min and the most unwelcoming vibe ever.
I was in returning equipment, which I called in ahead with customer service.
1st, no greeting. Just waiting for me to start talking
2nd, he seemed to be bothered because he didn't find the work order at first
3rd directed me to remove items from the bag in an unpleasant tone.
4th walked equipment to storage with an unwilling effort like he just does not want to be there
5th snaps out the receipt with anger like he was mad at the paper machine
6th slaps the receipt and pen on the counter without mentioning please sign here
Those 2min were very uncomfortable and annoying
I actually wanted information on their mobile services. Unfortunately, I lost interest after that interaction.

Customer service with Edgar was horrific terrible and unpleasant disingenuous but Robert came thru with really good service and patience.

The worst service I had in Spectrum was by this guy named Edgar. First of all, never greet, which is fine. Secondly, always ask for help and can't even answer my questions directly. Thirdly, keep playing phone even though I am standing right in front of the desk. This dude definitely needs more knowledge training and customer service training. This Spectrum store will be bad if guys like him don't care about the store and the customers. Honest opinion, actions are needed to take on this Edgar dude.

Have been online for over an HOUR and on HOLD for 45 min to get a new Spectrum Account. If this is any sign of how they do business I don't want it.

Don't go to Spectrum store.this rude Indian looking guy who doesn't have any sense of humor refused to tell his name when I asked to identify himself after an argument over a modem pickup.they don't wear any name tags themselves.....lol ?

The employee who helped me was friendly and gave good customer service. I came into the store to pick up my internet equipment for my new apt and that transaction in itself was smooth. I’m giving three starts because I realized while setting up my internet, they forgot to give the ethernet cable. Now I have to make another trip back to the store to get it, which is pretty inconvenient but not that big of a deal. This mistake can easily happen, especially when there’s no implementation to double checking your work. Maybe it would help to have a checklist to make sure all the equipment is provided so these mishaps like this or similar don’t happen again. I did appreciate that they gave me a reusable bag.
