I have been a spectrum customer for over 12 years and this guy named edgar just made me realized that customer service goes a long way. He has none. Very rude Walked in not even hello. No one greets you. This guys obviously hates his job (edgar). Not coming here anymore.

Wonderful customer service...even though I could not do what I came in for, the agent was so helpful & made sure I had all the information I needed to complete my business once gathered the appropriate paperwork (unlike the phone representative who sent me to the store without it)

Was helped by representative Stefany. She was very kind and informative. Helped me set up my service and explained how to do everything at home. I noticed her co workers look as if they didn’t want to be there, they were just on their phones while customers waited, so glad she was the person who helped me out, don’t know if I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t her

Came in to turn in equipment 3 people working. Sat waiting for 5 min watching 1 person go into the back . One person just looking blankly at a screen. The last person sitting on his phone reading .Finally turned my equipment in after filling out paper slip. I would say avoid but what choice do people have

8/10/2023 Still waiting....hoping my end result will be better than my current experience. Firstly, Google maps is no help locating this store. It is actually located inside the mall, on the near/past Target, which is actually a side entrance. Don't go to the main entrance. As you will have to backtrack. All buildings are numbered the same address, so that's very misleading. Arrived with people being helped, only two employees, several already waiting, and a line growing behind us. I've set up mobile accounts in the past, and there is no reasonable nor logical reason for it to take this long. We are here to exchange a router. The previous location, on Hawthorne Blvd. in Torrance, has since been permanently closed, thanks to a Reviewer's comment. Spectrum themselves doesn't know this because they referred us to that location. Luckily, I read through the reviews to find it was permanently closed. Read below for update on location. Assuming that signing in put us in a queue, I don't understand how someone who arrives after us can be seen before us. Still waiting.8/11/2023 We had to return again because the employee working yesterday, 8/10/23, female Hispanic, did not bother to tell us we needed to update our modem as well.But, I'm glad that we had to return because my experience today compared to yesterday, what a night and day difference. I wish I would've gotten the name of the employee who helped us, today, 8/11/23 at 11:21 AM. Heavy set Hispanic gentleman, very cheerful and friendly. He actually came up to us and asked us directly how he could help. Not only that, but, he asked us if we needed any cables to go with our modem, something the girl working yesterday forgot to ask us when we exchanged our router. So, your experience at this store all depends on who is working. Kudos to the guy who worked today 8/11/23, 11:21 AM, and helped switch our modem and even checked to make sure it was compatible with our router.

Came here today. Was assisted by afternoon male crew. I was asking if I can move my number from my old phone to a new phone that I got, using spectrum account.But he mentioned that the phone I have was locked. Yet, I bought it unlocked.Then, I went to Cellax a phone repair shop. And they help me transfer my Sim card from my old phone to my new phone and it work.It's just that I think they know that I can use my new phone and just transfer those simcard. They just wanted me to get a phone from their store.I would say that the service I received was unsatisfactory, unaccomodating and dishonest.

This is the closest Spectrum store to me this place is nice and located inside the mall. I visited the store to get my number ported and I did not waited too long because it was not busy at that time. I was helped by a youg man and his name is Damier, he is knowledgeable and very helpul, he assisted me through the porting process unfortunately I have to comeback the next day due to my mobile is not properly unlocked he gave me his personal number so I can let him know when I am going to arrive to the store so I don’t have to go inline. I came the next day and as expected he assisted me and went smooth. He is exceptional and I would definitely commend Damier for his great customer support and he exceeded my expectations. I would definitely comeback to this store.

I was sent a new modem in the mail because the router i had was out dated. I needed a wireless router too so I went in to pick one up. The person that helped me said he could give me a better price on my internet service so I agreed. Got my first bill and now I'm paying $20 more a month. Im waiting for the next bill to see if there were charges involved in getting this lower monthly price? If its the same price, I'm not going to be happy.

Too crowded, employees in and out back doors when assisting customers should have been the priority... Also, I was quoted too high of a price.

I'm looking to change my phone plan. I was interested in Spectrum, however there is no way to get in touch with someone at the store without driving over. I'm just trying to check on phone inventory and the agent on the number linked to this location told me I have to go in to find out... in the year 2023? My God.

Only one person working ! Waiting time is over two hours !! Severely understaffed!! This needs to get better asap !!!! Kiosk is not accepting cash as form of payment waste of time !
