I went to target and have the most nicest worker there, Angel help me find my item without a problem, although the store is lacking more people, the workers that work at night are very hard working and very helpful when I go there!!!!!

Honestly, it's still a good target. It's clean, sometimes the women's racks can be a bit messy, but overall it's fine. I'm having to update this review because the last few times I've gone they have only ONE register open plus self checkout. Forcing everyone to use self checkout leaves customers with long lines, and the one register that is open is the one that shares the same space with self checkout so it becomes even more congested. I used to come and there would be at least 3-4 registers open plus self checkout. It doesn't matter if I come in the morning, afternoon, or evenings now, there will always just be 1 register.ALSO!!! I've been catching several incorrectly priced items when comparing the shelf sticker to the app. I went yesterday and 4 items rung up .25-.50 cents MORE than what was displayed on the shelf. Vicks tissue 4 count was $6.99 on the shelf and rang up as $7.29 at self checkout. It's really upsetting to think about everyone who isn't aware and is just paying what is scanned. It feels like stealing from your customers when we're already struggling...

I used to be a big fan of Target, a place where I'd leisurely stroll and enjoy the shopping experience. Their customer service was top-notch, and deals were abundant. However, it pains me to say that Target, along with many other similar stores, has taken a nosedive since the post-COVID era.One of the most noticeable declines has been in customer service. It's as if the friendly and helpful staff vanished. Target deals that were once easily accessible through the app have disappeared. Sales seem rare, and when they do occur, the experience at the checkout has become nightmarish. I've found myself in absurd arguments with cashiers, trying to prove that an item is indeed on sale. It's like being in a courtroom, defending your innocence to an unbelieving judge. Picture-taking to prove sale prices has become a common practice, which is simply ridiculous. The discrepancy between the advertised sale and the actual register price is baffling.Additionally, Target's price matching policy seems to have been thrown out the window. It's now a convoluted process that often leads to frustration. After several failed attempts, you might just give up. Furthermore, the store's shelves are consistently understocked, and items frequently go missing. It's not just the deals that are missing; the shelves themselves are bare. The store's cleanliness has also suffered, with dirty carts and an overall unkempt environment.Lastly, the prices at Target have skyrocketed. What used to be an affordable shopping experience has now become a wallet-draining endeavor. It's not unusual to walk in for just two items and exit $80 poorer. In conclusion, Target has lost its appeal and luster. It's no longer the enjoyable shopping destination it once was. It's a shadow of its former self, and the high prices, poor service, and shoddy stock levels make it a place that I, like many others, have sadly bid farewell to. Rest in peace, Target.

Lines can get very long in the late afternoon & evening. They only have 2 registers open every time I go. There's always an employee asking people what form of payment they're using to convince them to do self check out. Just open more than 2 registers.

Daniela O. Is absolutely rude and lacks customer service (what she applied for). Not only to myself but to the customer behind me. Very rude and snarky!

Never, never, never ever buy a gift card from this Target store. They don't work, especially the ROBLOX cards. I got 2 for my grandchildren. Neither one worked. Even though Target gave me a gift card receipt that doesn't say they don't do refunds on gift cards, TARGET REFUSES TO GIVE REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS THAT DO NOT WORK AND YOU DONT FIND OUT UNTIL THEY DO NOT WORK. Don't buy gift cards from Target at all or if you end up like me, You'll be sorry....

The employees refuse to check in the back for any merchandise that's not on the floor. Completely unhelpful. Especially in the toy and electronics sections.

Stopped by for a quick trip for strip eyelashes and this is what I see. In EVERY aisle of the cosmetic department, absolutely trashed and rampaged like they just got robbed. Everything was either like this, opened, or not even there. Never coming back to this target.

They don't even deserve 1 star lol. There's never carts or baskets so if you go you can only carry so much. I usually go to target for dog food and if there's no carts I can't carry a big bag of kibble and still cans of wet food so I just leave. The manager there is a joke they just talk in groups and laugh they clearly have only hired incompetent people in the last years. I went into their restroom assuming hey maybe they keep their restrooms clean like every other target but no big mistake. One restroom was clogged with the plunger in it, the next full of period blood, 3rd used toilet paper all over the toilet and the last one dirty too. Dog food and cat food shelves always empty too why ?
