“Wow, what a skillful guy Tony is. My electric SUV would turn on but not move or allow me to change gears because software froze so I had to tow it from my garage to the service center. Car wouldn’t even go on neutral but Tony was able to skillfully add wheels under the car, back it out of the garage and move it through the drive way. Amazing work. The car safely got to the service center in no time. Tony’s efficient, skillful, and super pleasant to work with. The price is just right too. Highly recommend this guy.”

“An honest and competent body shop. I took in my car, which I thought would need significant (and expensive) work, caused when I gently scraped my garage door. Michel came out to look at my car. He said he thought he could get most of the paint off within a few minutes. He went back to the shop and came out with a rag and some chemical. He used some effort, and it worked well enough so that the damage was almost completely erased. He then gave me an estimate to bring the car to new condition. It looks good enough now that if you don't look closely, you can't see any damage. I'm going to go back, but not this month.”

“Our car was stalled on a Sunday evening and the whole family was stranded for an hour waiting on a tow from our car insurance company. As we waited the sun was about to set and I was concerned with where we were, in a questionable part of South LA and our car insurance company could not guarantee an ETA. So I decided to take the chance of looking for a tow company nearby and I'm so glad to have found Munoz Towing. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone. Came exactly as they estimated their ETA. Was thoughtful enough to see if there was any quick fix before loading the car. And even waited with us for my kids and I to safely catch our Uber before heading out to the auto shop. The paperwork for our insurance was efficiently handled and it was the most stress free experience in a stressful situation. Their fee was also very reasonable. Thank you Munoz towing for your help. Cross my fingers I won't need a tow again, but I know I can trust Munoz for their reliable service.”

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

My phone died while on the phone with him and he still found me on the side of freeway. On the drive way home, we talked and he was so kind and thoughtful. If you get Gilbert you will be in luck. “International Auto Body is the only body shop I trust. Been using them for over 5 years. They have worked in my two Hondas for every accident, fender bender, clipped side mirror, and other damage. The process with them my insurance company always goes so smooth. They are very trustworthy and good people that do quality work. Sometimes they take me to Enterprise to pickup my rental car. “I brought my car there for checking the brakes and rotors! I have been recommender to change both brake pads and rotors for both rear and front. The brake and rotor check costs around 35 bucks which gets waived if you have it replaced there! The rotors and pad parts costed me 500 bucks and the labor costed 360 bucks. The staff were friendly and they did a good job and told me to bring the car back if there was any issue. My only concern was the labor and part costs which seemed a little bit higher than I expected! You can check if it worth it or not!”
