Worst customer service ever .. more painful than purchasing a car !! Spoke with customer service on phone .. they put notes in my account for a free promotion free iPhone and waive fees .. so i could pick up phone in store since I've been a customer for more than 30 years but the store manager at store in Carson Verizon .. uncooperative just says no can do it. Sorry we don't listen to customer service we're a corporate store .. so do what we will .. they have no say what we a corporate store does poorest customer service ever!! avoid store at all costs !! call Customer Service from your phone much better results. Guaranteed.. I called customer service back and they honored everything. .. just gonna take longer tru mail now They said they would rush it .. while store manager and service assistants in the store Carson Verizon.. the manager and staff refused to honor .. so again avoid the store at all cost deal with Customer Service for Verizon over the phone!!

Do not get service with Verizon. Worst customer service! I've been trying to disconnect service for months and every number I call can not disconnect. They told me they disconnected my service however I continued to get billed. It's a nightmare just to turn off you service you no longer want. I went to the store called and I continue to get billed!

Bought a phone in July with insurance. and my new phone was stolen about 45 while i was at another store. my wallet was taken along with the and all the info on it. Verizon told to go into a corporate and show my I.D that i run it through h the insurance . Even though identified myself they wouldn't releases the info to get another i sat on hold plus talking people who were idiots. i got tired after calling them for a month strait they did nothing about it and had the nerve to bill for a phone. even though i bought the insurance. The customer service sucks. They lie and rip you off a terrible company. A company is only as good the customer service they provide.

They LIE and say the payment machine is down and it's not. They just want u to have to go and speak with a rep so they can make more sales. So if the payment machine is covered with an OUT OF ORDER sign just lift it up and pay your bill. U don't have to pay it with the rep. Have a wonderful day. Carmen the manager is RUDE unless you're a person she wants to speak with. They try and keep u talking so that u buy more.

Went in to pick up an online order. The staff member positioned in the front was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately she didn't help us. The individual that "assisted" us acted as if we were bothering her and didn't really want to have anything to do with us. She was not friendly and had an overall bad attitude. I forgot to change my surname after I got married and my name on my Verizon account still had my maiden name. I made my maiden name into my middle name so it shouldn't have been too confusing. I asked the staff member if she could possibly help change my name while we were at the store. She audibly sighed and in frustration asked if I had the Verizon app, if so I can change it there. I understand I can do it myself but figured we can take care of it considering I was at the store. Her attitude and "service" was awful. I feel sorry for anyone else that she will have to assist.

The worst! Started my account in store on 8/18/22. Paid $55 in taxes to take home an Apple Watch as well. Store rep Imara said the payment wasn't showing on their end & asked me to pay again. The transaction was already posted to my bank acct so I decided to wait until I received the refund to attempt to buy the watch again. One month later & I'm still Apple Watch-less & have yet to receive my $55 back. When I call customer service they have no record of my purchase & when I call the store no one picks up. My work hours coincide w/ store hours so now I have to take time away from work to go to the store to speak with Imara or managers Jesus or Michael who were all involved in this botched transaction. An absolutely terrible first month as a Verizon customer. Would not recommend!!!!!

Worst customer service. Representative told me I couldn't sit down after over an hour of waiting to purchase a phone. I was told the next customer has to sit and no one else. I never been told that at the Verizon in Torrance.

Guys, Why are we closing over an hour early? I get it, it's a Sunday. During normal operating hours let's atleast try to leave the door open for clientele. Not angry, just disappointed, let's be better here.

Recently connected Wi-Fi with Verizon. We ran into a small situation that was taken to Jesus who instantly found a solution. I appreciate his quick thinking that saved everyone energy and time. Thank you for your leadership Jesus!

Aside from high prices, the service is good. I just did an upgrade after paying my bill. It's a bit difficult to park if you're a first timer at this location but I found it & drive around. I'm not familiar with Carson but it's a cool lil spot. Wish they had a public restroom though.

Horrible customer service. Times of operations not updated online. Came in, had processed an application online and just needed to pay and pick up the phone. With 2 remaining people being assisted, Dave the manager turned me away and told me to enjoy the rest of my evening. Great. How? If this is how their customer service is for potential customers, I cannot imagine how they would treat any customers already existing within their network. Big shout out to Dave, thanks for upholding all the bad reviews and keeping your quota of laziness. You're literally standing there helping no one and you're talking about managing the floor? As a manager of what? Turning people away? Not working? Or working as little as possible? Wait, You can't help customers ? -- even though you have a computer/tablet at hand,that processes information? I know you do this to make sure you get out on time. I hope you get the same kind of courtesy you give others, which is absolute NOTHING. So , I hope you enjoy the rest of your night knowing you did no work but turn people away...and still get paid knowing you're lazy and underserving.

What a mess! This store has the most unprofessional "customer service" representatives ever. I have been a VZ customer for 22 years and the customer service provided by Jasmine was below average. I am talking below 1 star. She was unprofessional, inconsiderate, uncaring, and I am 2 seconds from wondering was she racist???? She did not want to assist didn't make any helpful suggestions and whispered in another representatives ear right in my face! I can see if I were being rude or loud or obnoxious. This was not the case. In fact I just wanted to purchase a replacement phone on 1 of my 10 phone lines. She is definitely not cut out for customer service and I am truly grateful that the phone center called the Manager while I was there to say that the information that they were giving was 100% incorrect. Thanks to the phone center representative my issue was resolved and I got a new phone in less than 30 minutes.

I came to the Verizon wireless, next to Tokyo Grill. Security held the door open for me, one employee had just finished with a customer and he was sitting behind his plexus glass. Two other employees sitting behind plexus glass - one talking to the other who was working. I was looking at the iPhone 12s and then I just stood there waiting for someone to say - "I will be right with you or can I help you". No one ever said a word to me. I was in the store for 8 minutes. Customer service is everything to me. I could have walked up to the employees and asked for help, but I entered your company, at least acknowledge me. I politely walked out and will seek service somewhere else.

We had to replace a phone and activate 2, and Sam was so professional and went above and beyond to help us. Great experience at this Verizon store.
