I shop at the Walmart Market and get what I need go through self checkout and I'm done. I tried to go on the How was your experience website but the site number comes up invalid store number (05602 or 5602). I left a compliment with a manager for another manager whose name was Joe. He assisted me in the store and was very courteous. I forgot about the greeter Lisa. She was so sweet when I walked in the store, and just the same when I left. Thank you for great customer service from these two and the other manager that was there that day. I have forgotten his name.

One would typically ship at Wallmart because of cheeper pricing. Not the case online. READ carefully, don't assume. I paid $22 for x1 can of coke with Carmel coffee This prompted me to look at some other items that are ridiculous. Qty 1 dose not mean a case of 12 !!! *Needless to say, I returned the coke and was issued a full refund, and instructed not to return!! In store experience// never have the 2% lactaid milk when I go, in any brand.

I used to work at this place and let me just tell you it's horrible. Starting with management, no one has customer service. Y'all think the customers get it the worst... they don't even speak to the employees. Treat us like slaves and talk to us like children. No paycheck is worth being degraded each day. There's is no help and no accountability. There's should be someone in that store getting all the moldy ass cheese and bread off the aisle. I've personally did this an ended up with a full cart of old bread. This place is filthy Customer service is HORRIBLE an don't think talking to a manger is going to help you case Take this shit to the better business bureau

I generally love Walmart Neighborhood markets! They have great prices, great produce and easy checkout. As a result I usually expect there customer service to be "okay". However this particular market truly needs an internal audit. Not only do they have several associates not actively working or helping people upon request but their management is not a great example of what customer service should look like. I had at least three interactions with the manager Bri. Bro was extremely rude. One of the scenarios regarding a tequila that was available in the cabinet but was stocked incorrectly (I guess it shouldn't have been out). After waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes Bri didn't help me replace it and advised that I get back in line. As a manager myself I strongly advise that this Walmart be evaluated, If for nothing else for efficiency.

I've been to this Walmart a few times but never thought to Yelp them until today. I wasn't greeted when I came in because there wasn't a greeter. When I went down the aisle, I was greeted with a hello, and is there anything he could help me with. That is the best feeling when the staff wants to help you. I was impressed by the store today. Keep up the good work!!

I went to the pharmacy I think the woman that helped me was rose . She made a big deal about Whether the rasa he was in pills or in liquid even though the prescription said either or . She had no empathy as she was typing away, I told her I had to go to the bathroom, and did not care she said don't you want to know how much it is ? I ran off to the bathroom . Rude passive aggressive customer indeference .

First off I would like to say I am a loyal customer to not only the Walmart brand but to this store. I always have a basket full. This particular Walmart Neighborhood Market isn't too far from my house so it's very close, but as of late I have been going to other locations. The produce is always ugly/old, there's almost always expired items, lots of the shelves are empty, but most of all the employees/ associate are just down right rude and stay following me and my family in the store! When I say follow, I mean follow me every single where! Especially Natalie! Natalie being a whole Manager! I spend hundreds of dollars in the store each time I come and you assume I'm stealing? At first I assumed she was just doing her job, but lately it seems like every time my family and I come to shop those she alway coincidently be on the same aisle as me. It's super duper annoying, and now I think it's become a personal issue. If this is going to keep happening I much rather shop elsewhere, but then again why shop elsewhere when I can contact corporate.

This particular location is usually my family's local, one stop shop. We keep coming back because it's always clean, the produce and meat are fresh, the prices are reasonable and the workers are friendly. Unfortunately, today we had an EXTREMELY different, UNPLEASANT experience. My children and I ran in to grab a few items for dinner. And as many of you certainly can relate, 45 minutes later we had a basket full of groceries and toiletries. We headed to self checkout because to an 11 and 9 year old, whose social life has been abruptly disrupted due to COVID, scanning groceries is fun. After a few items had been scanned my 15 year old daughter asked me, "Why is that lady starring at us?". I looked around and saw a Walmart associate standing with her hands folded, and even with her mask on I could tell she was grimacing at us. I told my daughter, "I'm not sure why she is looking at us like that but let's just ignore her". More items were scanned and we could almost feel the glare of this person. My youngest two children told me that lady was making them very uncomfortable. I walked over to ask the worker why she was looking at us, and in a very rude manner she told me, "My job is to watch you." I asked her to politely stop and questioned why would her job be "to watch" me when cameras are literally positioned everywhere in the store even on the register. She told me in a very disrespectful tone to "Go back over there". At this point, I asked for her name because her name tag was turned around. She said her name is "Natalie". I walked to the nearest register and requested to speak to a manager. I was told the person I was speaking to is the manager. "Natalie" ignored me when I returned to where she was standing. She told me it does not matter what I say she will keep watching us. During this time I noticed several other people were completing transactions but were not being uncomfortably watched. I returned to the self check out station where my children had finished scanning everything. My bill was $180.03. I swiped my Bank of America check card and "Natalie" said something like, "I bet she is paying with an EBT". I actually don't have an EBT but if I did that would not warrant the disrespect "Natalie" showed. If "Natalie" is in fact a manager, shame on Walmart for hiring someone so unprofessional who clearly has zero knowledge of what good customer service looks like. "Natalie" should not be allowed to harass customers. Not once did she greet us or ask if we needed help with anything. Her only purpose was to discriminate against us based on her grossly incorrect assumption that somehow because I have three children I must be on Welfare and was trying to steal. Ultimately, I returned every item and got my $180.03 back. It was important that I reinforced to my children we don't shop where we are disrespected. We vote with our dollars.

Went to Walmart market for groceries, walked up to the self check out, the young man nervously approached me to tell me that self check out was for 20 items or less. I asked if this was new and he said yes. I proceed to the regular check out line and note that there are 5 people ahead of me with full baskets and there are at least 8 empty self check out kiosks. I proceed back to ask the gentleman if everyone has to stand in this long line while there are empty kiosk. The gentleman began to explain the policy. I said please just answer my question yes or no. He said yes. I left at least $200.00 worth of groceries and walked out. This is why it's almost impossible to do business within your own neighborhood. This would not be allowed to happen in Torrance. It ridiculous and disappointing.

I'm giving this more than two stars based on the quality of the store and selection and MY cashier was pleasant to interact with. That being said the store need to do better with their mask enforcement. I saw a couple of employees with their masks below their noses and one pulled theirs down completely while exchanging contact information with a customer he was trying to court while on the clock. As I was checking out the cashier next to mine decide to address me about my band t-shirt. He took it upon him to address the band like he was confused and then proceeded to tell me that they sucked.... twice. I have no idea who asked him but I certainly didn't require his opinion and didn't appreciate his forward ness. My cashier did give me a look of shock though like he expected me to clap back with a response or get angry. A little too much Napoleon complex for my shopping trip.

This Walmart has good inventory I'll give them that. I can find a lot of vegan items that I can't find at other Walmart locations. So you may be asking if the inventory is so great why are they missing some stars on this review?? This is why... when I was in the produce section I couldn't find any bags. Myself and another gentleman searched for plastic bags to put our fruit in. We let an employee know there were no bags. He left and came bag with white plastic trash bags. Yes, huge trash bags to put our bananas and apples into. I mean some type of bag is better than no bag. Just wasn't expecting a long trash bag... The parking is atrocious! The spots are little and the parking is just horrible. I've actually considered parking across the street at the Carson mall or McDonald's and just walking across the street because parking is that bad in their parking lot. Their self checkout is just stupid. I'm very familiar with how to do self checkout and their system is very complicated! It's way more steps than a normal register. The register kept spitting my dollar bills back out. I struggled to insert my dollar bills and make the machine take it for around 10 minutes in order to finish my transaction. Really annoying! The employees aren't friendly. I had a few questions and was hesitant to ask the employees because most would look like I'm bothering them by asking a simple question. I won't come back to this location unless I'm in the area and have to stop here! I would in no way drive our of my way to come here like I did on this particular day.
