I am amazed this bank only gets two stars. I have been banking here for several years now and would definitely give them five stars. The staff is great and very helpful all the time. They even make it a point to keep their ATM machines on the outside clean which I enjoy even though the majority of the time I go inside to use the machines and say hello I would highly recommend this bank. They are quick to respond to your needs and actually do call you back if necessary when they need to.

A little lesson on "perception transfer".... I'm from the Midwest and even at a gas station the clerk will give you all your money facing the right way inn in the same direction, if not, the customer will notice.... If Wells Fargo wants to be cutting edge in a region where employees are mediocre and customer service is poor, the tellers should give you your money all facing in the same direction. .. the employees are already receiving pay, it is not too much to ask of them to take pride in their job

Leaving work to handle some financial business and I came across the coolest bank teller ever. Alejandro shared with me and I shared with him about life and finances and we both were happy once all was done. I pray the manager realize he or she has awesome bank teller in Alejandro. Keep up the great work buddy. And remember don't use the word TRY anymore. What you do from now on is do or don't do it.God Is Able.

They have only one teller with six customers waiting. They try to get you to use the ATM machine. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY

ATM machines are always down and never have cash. To make matters worse branch closes early so unable to get cash from inside

Joke of a bank. Waited 15 min in line just to be told I can't cash my 2 party check that's been signed by my father because he isn't present. I am the owner a body shop and been signing 2 party checks for customers that require for years and never had a single customer come to tell me that they need me present to deposit their check from their insurance company. To make things even more annoying I cashed another 3 party at another branch in Torrance just 2 weeks prior and I have a history of cashing checks with multiple parties and never once had them require the other person be present. And after explaining that to them and having them verify my history with the bank they basically told me that they personally just don't want to take the liability of this check bounces lmao. So it had nothing to do with bank policies they just didn't trust me for some reason even with my history of cashing high dollar multi party checks with not a single one ever bouncing or returning.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch. If you are short staffed, hire more people.

Goverment already lift the mask use for us fully vaccinated people but Wells Fargo is telling their employees not to follow the law.....we still need to wear a mask per Wells Fargo own rules...I'm tire of this ....

Long line with 6 tellers behind glass. Only one person was assisting customers. I've been waiting for 20 minutes!!!

i hate this location!!!! this is the second time i've ridden my bike here and the clock has turned exactly 5 pm and they shoo me away from the door thru the window treating me less than!! im so upset my whole wallet was stolen and they wouldn't even let me come in on the dot or let me get money out!!! my wallet was stolen yesterday and i needed to report my cards, id, and checkbook stolen!!! i wish they would have some consideration after i rode really far after work sweating, huffing and puffing to be right on - right on time when they closed at 5!!! and not treat me like trash bc i was on a bike!!!!! i also watched the two guards walk out and help some lady look for something she dropped in front of the bank after hours but they wouldn't even make a peep to me just rudely used there hands and gestures too me! unbelievable! not a happy customer!

Waited so long to get temporary checks... & honestly they didn't have spare ink for their printers.. horrible horrible, never coming back here.
