I am so disappointed in my neighborhood branch. Been here 15 years and now I can't stand to even come here because there is always only 1 teller, a long line and the mgr is continually having to run back and forth. Do bankers not even exist anymore? I was told I have to schedule an appointment! I shouldn't have to leave my area. All the money being paid in taxes in this area... Please get it together!

Today 1/26 2026 I made a cash deposit thru the ATM, it didn't go thru it just took my money and my ATM card I went inside the branch and the branch manager Francisco was very useless he said he knew the ATM was not working. But he was not allowed to do anything that the ATM machine has nothing to do with Wells Fargo banking he told me to wait outside I waited he never went outside and when I went back inside it was locked and he was gone. I made a claim I had to wait 10 business days that they were going to investigate first that they couldn't do anything about it. I had to walk away from the bank empty No $ and no deposit. and no one was able to help me out I had deposited my mortgage payment.

I brought in a check made out to my business with my IRS documents and asked to cash out a check. Wells Fargo is listed as the holding institution. The representative didn't know what to do so she asked a banker. The banker came over and asked me if I have a business checking account, I said no. Then she asked if I have a business, I responded by asking if she can cash the check and she said no. So I asked why she's asking me the questions. What stupid question, I literally have the documents. Instead of turning it into an opportunity to sell me on a business checking account or create customer through teaching me or being helpful she used it as an opportunity to belittle me telling me I have to prove I have a business. This place has low reviews for a reason.

This is THE WORST bank I have ever been to. None of their ATM’s ever work. There is only 1 teller so the wait is entirely too long.

Horrible bank ! They only have 1 teller and sometimes the line goes out the door. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's the same way every single week when I go into this branch there is a lady that walks by and apologizes which at this point nobody really cares about because they only have one teller if they happen to have a second teller it's usually one that's about to go on break and take the other ones shift. I don't know what's happening Covid has officially been declared over this bank is a horrible bank. We have people sometimes waiting in line that are angry and upset. An aggravated even the tellers. Once you get to the windows they can't say anything because they know the amount of time that we waited in line I was just there two days ago and I was literally in line for 45 minutes and I was the third customer in line.

This bank is the worst!!!! They have taken out so many fees and they just don't care after 40 years I will be leaving them because every other bank is better than them.

Used to stay open longer and no longer open on Saturday! Makes it tough to get here when you work. Very slow service because there are never enough tellers no matter what time of day I go...even though I usually see people sitting or standing aroundUsed to have much better service. Too bad!

DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT'S PROBABLY CLOSED ANYWAY. AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX.

On 9/8/22 we were attempting to make a $200 withdrawal from the drive thru ATM. The machine malfunction and the money wasn't dispensed. Immediately we went into the branch that I have had an account for over 25 years and was told the machine had an issues with dispensing the money and you need to call their 800 # for assistance. Which is what I did... after being transferred to 5 different people and getting the runaround not one employee could help. Later that evening I received an email from Wells Fargo, that's right Wells Fargo admitting the ATM malfunction. The following day I spoke to 3 more incompetent employees that told me there is not one manager, director, regional or officer that I speak to. So it's my problem and I have to wait 10 business days for their claims dept to review the claim. I have worked in the financial industry for over 40 years and I know how the regulations work, etc. I have been working for one of the top credit union for 15 years and I will tell you we respect our members and resolve issues immediately unlike Wells Fargo. I am appalled at the ignorance of the employees and how they believe it's OK to pass a customer off and off and off to just make them more upset. I am now left with less then $25 in my account until Wells Fargo gets around to reviewing my claim that by the way per their emailthey have already admitted there was an issuing with their ATM. I have since filed a claim with the BBB hoping something is done about the incompetent employees they hire.

I seriously question how this location has stayed open. The worst wait time in this branch while people are trying to get in and out. Only 2 tellers assisting and one seems new, it's 6/1 1:30pm. The others in the back are just going about their day as if there isn't 10ppl in line waiting to be serviced. Where are the branch managers trying to help like at other locations? Asking people while they wait in line? Ridiculous!!
