My experience with Chevrolet of Cason very pleasant and amazing. I was treated with highly very respectful manner from the start to the end of entire process. I was greeted by the sales associate by the name of Santiago the sales associate and gave me a very warm welcome. Santiago is very knowledgeable of his inventory and the features of the vehicle that I bought. I was looking for a Cadillac Escalade and his presentation was outstanding. Santiago had no issues of handling any difficult customer such as me. He offered few test drives until I find my dream car and was satisfy with my selection.
Santiago is very understanding, knowledgeable and extremely an asset to any organization since, he is in the business of win, win, win in situation by increasing the top line of the organization, his goals by winning the customer while helping the customer to be comfortable with the customer's budget limits. This is an amazing skill by any front-line company ambassador who read the mindset of the buyer.
Furthermore, I was highly impressed the approach of the Sales Manager, Anthony. He came to me rather than the sales associate goes back and forth with the pencil to negotiate the payment. Anthony is very humble and walk up to the customer which I haven't experience in my car buying process before this. He is absolutely, outstanding Sales Manager who makes wonders to close the deal with his amazing sales techniques with transparency. Thank you, Anthony! for your outstanding customer service.
Finally, I was directed to finance department to sign the final part of my purchase. As we all know the finance department is the most time killing department in the whole sales process and many of the buyers walk out very unhappy faces. Surprisingly, in Carson Chevrolet it is totally different experience. This finance manager by the name of Brian, is absolutely outstanding who makes your deal with added values by explaining the values and the benefits of selling his products for very reasonable and affordable prices without giving any pressure to the customer in very methodical and effective way by spending this time to explain the benefits of your money. He is very knowledgeable of marketing the intangible products he sells, and it is worth to invest on those in the long run. Already I am getting the benefits of what I paid for. Thank you, Brian! for sharing your ocean full of knowledge with me.
Finally, I must thank the top management to keeping such a wonderful staff in your dealership from the entrance to exit.
I highly recommend Chevrolet of Carson for anyone who is in the market for a vehicle and experience the difference of professionalism with business ethics and warm welcome by the well-trained staff. Thank you, Santiago, Anthony and Brian, for your outstanding customer service and I am glad that I made the right decision by choosing CHEVROLET-CARSON to make my dream into reality.

These guys are CROOKS. They advertised a 2021 Toyota Tacoma for $22,500, then refused to sell it to us without adding on at least $5000 of ‘accessory package.’ I was buying it for my teenaged daughter, who was heartbroken and sobbing in the dealership when I insisted on paying only the advertised price. A classic ‘BAIT and SWITCH’ operation: post unusually low prices for a product and then will not honor the advertised price without 1000s of dollars of add-ons. So disappointed in Carson Chevrolet. They are confirming the stereotype that all used car dealers are swindlers.

WORST EVER! I can't even list all the problems with this place and their business integrity - overpriced the car with inaccurate blue book data (lender verified this), sold before smog check and other requirements, and now, a few YEARS after sale, are asking when we will return the LEASED vehicle (it was purchased)! Horrible! Do not go here.

This place sucks.
They will advertise a sale price. They will then proceed to add 8k in hidden accessories and drive the price up. Be wary
For context: they have two of these trucks both listed at $500 apart. This is the second pic with them discounting it to 4800 when it was originally 7800.

Saw an ad on Car Gurus for a 2019 corvette and went to see it. I had about 4 steps on to the lot when a sales person appeared right in front of me. His first words were to ask me if I had an appointment. I felt like a trespasser when I said no. I told him I wanted to see the silver 2019 Corvette Z51 advertised online and he led me to a 2021. He didn’t even know the difference between a C7 and a C8. I had to show him the ad and wait for him to talk to his manager. Then he told me it’s in service and nobody can see it, handed me his business card and walked away. Didn’t offer to show me other corvettes they had in the showroom, didn’t offer to take my number and call me when the 2019 us ready, knew nothing about Corvettes. Why is someone like this helping customers? Why pay to advertise a car that nobody can buy? My guess is the place is mismanaged and probably not easy to work with during a purchase.

Every time I go to Carson Chevrolet for my car or my daughter’s car I get the best service! Lisa always provides exceptional service and is very honest and so knowledgeable. She lets me know what I need for maintenance and what I can hold off on to fit my budget best. Everyone in the service department is so friendly and attentive to your needs. I wouldn’t go elsewhere! 100% recommend!!

Absolutely terrible experience. The sales associates had zero knowledge about the models or even the years , not one person seemed remotely trained. Every car on display had some issue, so they couldn’t show a single one properly.
And to the sales associate (no need to name names) you were utterly clueless. Get a grip, brother.
If this is how they treat someone before buying, I can’t even imagine the nightmare actual owners must go through when their car has a problem. Pathetic.

Multiple visits due to multiple issues with my car. Diagnostic was done and felt a full diagnostic wasn’t done in each visit. Literally when car was ready, next day engine issues 3 x. Someone needs to call me to fully explain my issues or concerns
