I had an amazing experience with Diego and Vince!! Being a first time purchaser I came in with an open mind and they helped me find my meant to be car!! It was better than my expectations and I left feeling amazing! Diego was very helpful in discussing options and comparing cars ! Vince helped break down a lot of the process and made it very easy to understand and follow along with. I would highly recommend shopping here !

I never leave review but I had an amazing experience at Hyundai Carson! I had spoken to Liz over the phone beforehand, and her charisma immediately made me feel comfortable enough to come in. In person, she greeted me with the same genuine, positive energy — she made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and straightforward, and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt great about my choice. Together, they truly made the entire car-buying experience so much better. Honestly, both Liz and Michael deserve a raise for the way they take care of customers. The owner of the dealership is also very nice and charismatic, which really sets the tone for the whole place.
I’ve owned Hyundais before, but this was my first time buying from the Carson location, and it’s definitely my favorite. The dealership has a nice lounge, good coffee, and a team that’s truly willing to work with you. And honestly, their prices are some of the best compared to other Hyundai dealers I’ve been to.

I was able to work out a deal basically via text and email with Liz. She wasn’t available to finish the deal the next day but Alex stepped in with the rest of the team and honored the pricing and terms we had worked on together. I came in on Sunday and only had a couple of hours till I had to leave and they got me in with financing right away and out the door with no hassles or pressure to try and renegotiate once I arrived. No bait and switch for me, just a good deal and a quick turnaround time in the dealership. Oscar in financing breezed me on through as well and only offered one add on which I refused and we just kept rolling till everything was signed. Thanks Carson Hyundai!!!

This dealership is dishonest and unfriendly. Despite having excellent credit, I was given a much higher APR than advertised (14% instead of 1.99%). It was listed at 25K for a brand new Sonata and when speaking with John (manager) he brought it back up to 30K after our conversation. This is false advertisement.

I recently had to purchase a car in a hurry. I located one online and contacted Carson Hyundai
I received a reply immediately from John Dalpe. He worked with me throughout the process going above and beyond.
I highly recommend this dealership and only give them a 9 instead of 10 because there were a couple of add ons that came as a surprise. However they worked with me to reduce the cost.
