I will give one star to post but these criminals are the biggest thieves in the auto industry. I have had many makes and models throughout my life and never have I felt taken advantage of as I did here. Maybe it's my age that they think it's okay to rob older customers but I will never set foot in that place again!

Hello, My husband I recently leased a Hyundai Ioniq 6 from Carson Hyundai. We had been interested in this car for a few months, but other dealerships didn't provide the suitable communication and honesty we were looking for.However, I highly recommend Carson Hyundai Dealership to everyone in Los Angeles and nearby cities. They have maintained a kind and helpful communication with us throughout the process. We feel comfortable asking them questions at any time, and they respond promptly. Additionally, they were instrumental in helping us arrange insurance for the first month, which was a significant concern for us.Right now, we consider Mr. Nate and Mr. Cris as excellent friends. We are completely satisfied with our decision to choose this dealership and sincerely recommend them.

AMAZING SERVICE IS ALIVE & WELL AT CARSON, HYUNDAICUSTOMER SERVICE is as important to me as price. There are 100's of places, brands, & models to consider when buying a new car. I needed a new car lease. I searched deals to lease a 2024. I'm retired & on a tight budget. I went to many dealers for over a month with disappointment until I found Carson Hyundai. I knew nothing about Hyundai & this was my last resort before giving up. I was hoping to find a place with the perfect car and a salesperson that was knowledgeable and provided good customer service. Great service is EVERYTHING to me. It's tiring telling dealers exactly what you want, and they show you EVERYTHING YOU DID NOT ASK FOR. I came with my needs for the car. I wanted a knowledgeable salesperson that knew how to treat a potential buyer. As I walked the lot a young man walked towards me with a kind, pleasant smile. He introduced himself as Nate and invited us to sit & tell him what I wanted in a new car. I said I wanted to lease a mid-sized SUV. I needed safety, good gas mileage, a spacious cargo area, a good camera, & a car that displayed the speed limit. The sound was also important since I recently retired from the music industry. I clearly stated the amount I had for a down payment & my monthly budget. I was firm on my numbers. Apparently other lots NEVER listened to my requests because they always returned with numbers over my budget. Nate never said that my request was tough or something he could not do. He just asked if I had a choice of colors. I asked their policy for buying the car at the end of the lease because my other leases did not allow that. Nate explained that it is Hyundai's policy to sell the lease if the customer wanted to keep it and that every contract lists the purchase price, so I will know exactly what to expect at the end of my lease. Nate left for a few minutes and returned with a beautiful car. I LOVED the color. He showed me the car & explained the safety features. He opened the back to show me the cargo capacity. He invited us to sit in the front and the back to feel the comfort. No salesperson had ever mentioned checking for comfort. Nate fully explained the dash and all the features of the computer. It had the speed limit display that I wanted. He turned on the radio & I selected my favorite music to get a good sense of the sound quality since that was important to me. I love bass so Nate equalized the sound to make it PERFECT. We then went on a test drive. I knew the usual routine of having a pre-set route. I kept driving and finally asked "where should I turn?" Nate replied with "wherever you like, I want you to get a good feel of the car". I could not believe that he was not rushing me, remember it was late & just before closing. But again, I thought I was just popping in to look around and not expecting to actually find the perfect car and sales guy. While driving he was quiet but told me to ask him any question that I had. He told me to fully focus & enjoy on my driving experience with the car, and we could talk later.The car had so many amazing features so I just knew that the next phase would be to present prices that were beyond my budget. The cars handling, features & comfort felt expensive. Remember EVERY other dealer never presented anything in my range, in fact many were double over my budget. I LOVED THIS CAR, and Nate's service. I was dreading the next phase by being disappointed by the actual numbers. We went back inside and again I told Nate my budget & he said he remembered. This is why he brought this car to me. Nate left for a short time, and I expected him to return with the sales manager that would push prices on me that would not work. Instead, Nate returned with a written plan that surprisingly met all my needs. He asked if I could go 71 cents over the monthly budget. At this point I could have jumped with joy. He explained the INCREDIBLE Hyundai WARRANTY of 100,000 miles. I told Nate that I was now his "

I recently leased a Hyundai from Hyundai Carson and had an exceptional experience with Jon. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Jon provided top-notch customer service. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, patiently addressed all my inquiries, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism. Jon's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping me and made the experience enjoyable. The car is charged and washed, which is awesome. The negotiation process was transparent, and I felt confident in my decision. Yanet from finance department was very efficient and explained everything well. This place was used to help service my wife’s car for a claim for a hit and accident we had. We had a 3 week delay from this dealership due communication issues from the auto collision center and this dealership. They wouldn’t respond to their calls. My wife had to call just to make sure the car got repaired. Because of the delay we exhausted our rental car insurance which became an inconvenience. I gave them a star rating due to this. I hope they get their act together and provide better customer and improve on their communication with auto collision centers.

Cris was very helpful and made the decision to visit and buy the car very easy. He was transparent in his emails, and did what he said he would do for me. I had already made up my mind before even meeting him because of his attitude on the phone and through email. Highly recommend.

Had a check engine light issue with my car that i've been dealing with for a bit. Initially i had done my research and was taking care of it on my own by replacing parts one by one and taking it to autozone or oreilly's and turning off the check engine light. Eventually i decided to just take it to the dealership for a full diagnostics. Gio had been my advisor. I picked up my car recently, but there were a couple of people involved, all pretty helpful. Andres, danny, efren (sorry for the mis-spelling), and manny (name of the tech on the paperwork). These guys were pretty busy all the times i had gone, so the wait time was a bit long, but they did their best. Just wanted to recognize them for their hard work. You guys are awesome but i hope i don't have to come back

I contacted about 7 Hyundai dealerships during my car search and Hyundai Carson was by far the most professional. The dealerships that lost to Carson were Hyundai Huntington Beach, Irvine, Cerritos, Garden Grove, Tustin, and Anaheim. Kevin LaGuardia was very transparent with how he communicated. We were not being given incorrect information or manipulated. The people here were very honest with us. They really care that we have a wonderful experience with the dealership and the car that we buy. We are so grateful that we found Hyundai Carson. We also got a lot of help from Tyler in the Finance Department and he was very patient with us while we were slowly going through all the paperwork. We also chatted with LaQuan a bit while we were waiting and he was very chill and professional. For our next car, we will undoubtedly go to Hyundai Carson if we want to buy another Hyundai.

This dealer is under new ownership - not WIN Hyundai.Looking for a new car has changed significantly. There's extremely low inventory & dealers are marking up the MSRP. I reached out to several dealerships (Hyundai, Toyota & Nissan) to try to find the right car. When I decided on Hyundai I reached out to several dealers within a range on their website. Hyundai Carson stood out immediately. While most dealers sent out an automated email - I received a personal note from Jon Ramos. For communication I requested e-mail but was bombarded with calls & texts from other dealers (which I indicated I no longer was looking). Jon & his coworker Rickie Saucedo (if Jon was not available) responded immediately via email over several days answering my long list of questions. Jon put together a great deal & made the experience from start to finish absolutely fantastic. It was not the closest dealership to me but it was worth it to make the trip. I highly recommend Jon Ramos & Carson Hyundai.

So disappointed. I purchased 3 cars from this dealer starting 6 and 1/2 years ago. Initially service was great and was very pleased. Over the last couple of years service has greatly declined, mostly due to high employee turnover and shortage of workers. It is such a hassle to even make a simple service appointment. As I write this I am on hold for the second time within 10 minutes where I got forwarded to a recording and ultimately disconnected. And just as I typed that last sentence I got hung up on again. They used to provide shuttle service when getting your car serviced and that's no more. They used to keep you updated on the status of your vehicle as you waited and that's no more. And now it's almost impossible just to make an appointment. I recently had a fantastic experience at Kia Carson with another family vehicle and was even able to make a same day appt, shuttle service to and from the neighborhood mall while the car was serviced, and ability to be notified and pay online so all we had to do was pick the car upon return to the dealer without delay. So tempted to leave Hyundai and go to Kia for all my car purchasing and service needs.

I recently visited Carson Hyundai and had the pleasure of being assisted by Adrian, who was a fantastic salesman. He was attentive to my needs and provided excellent customer service. Although I didn't end up purchasing a car from Carson Hyundai, I wanted to commend Adrian for his professionalism and courteousness. He truly went above and beyond to help me, and I appreciate his efforts. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly car salesman, I highly recommend asking for Adrian at Carson Hyundai.

We bought a VW Jetta Trade in from Carson Hyundai today...and couldn't be happier with the experience. Juan, the sales person, and Andrew, the sales manager listened carefully to our needs, met us on all of our expectations (including budget), and even offered to hunt down the (unfortunately missing) VW car manual after the sale was made. In fact, Juan gave me his personal cell so I wouldn't have to deal with the switchboard going forward. Didi I mention he did this after the sale? Highly recommend!
