Well I don't like to complain but had a bad experience at this truck-stop , Jazz was the employee that was ignoring me after I receive my food, and I wanted some hot sauce, another customer was paying for his food, and he asked if he could get a cinnamon bun and she said she will have somebody go meet him at that registered to ring them up, I know for a fact when you're at the front counter, you can can order and pay for it at one register. Because I've done it in the past. If Jazz doesn't like her job maybe find something that she enjoys doing

Worst customer service, my dad had asked the lady in the front for help. She then procedes to reply in a rude attitude, roll her eyes and when my dad turned his back she starts mumbling words at him, which looked like she was insulting him. It looked like they were having a busy day which caused them to be stressed but it is still no excuse to treat customers this way, it's unacceptable. When someone asks for help you do not treat someone like that, let alone if the customer did not come at you a certain way.

Horrible spot for this station.. hardly any pumps. Access is difficult. People stay on the pumps while not even pumping fuel.

40$ for a co-shower?? 2.50$ for a cup of water? Showers didn't even seem clean! Come on. What a bad decision of stopping here. Go to your nearest Loves instead.

I have reserved a shower, I have been waiting for 45 minutes, 6 booths have not been cleaned, it's terrible, a waste of time

Hayley was absolutely terrible. I don't understand how you she has her job there. Worst attitude. Was raising her voice and speaking very disrespectful. She should learn some manners. Whoever is managing this location, if you do care about your store please reach out back to me. I will not leave this issue unresolved and will be contacting corporate, unless I hear an apology.
