“After a frustrating experience with Hertz, I was relieved to find Enterprise right next door. The front desk agent was incredibly helpful and kind, especially considering it was a last-minute rental. I ended up with a Toyota Corolla — not what I originally planned, but I was just grateful to be in an air-conditioned vehicle.
A special thank you to the lady who escorted me and walked me through the check-in process — she was professional and courteous. The only downside was that the building’s AC wasn’t working, but despite that, the staff stayed upbeat and helpful.
Enterprise’s team really made the difference, and they’re a true asset to the company.”

“My family and I are on vacation driving from San Francisco to Las Vegas and then finishing up in LA. We didn’t get the car we booked in San Francisco due to some mix up in the group booked being different in Europe to the USA! Having driven a replacement for the last 5 days a vehicle management system warned oil service needed.
Stopped at the nearest Avis (this branch) where within 30 minutes we were in another car and on the road. They understood the problem and dealt with it quickly without any fuss.
So grateful for the help in making this issue go away.”
