Not bad. Very basic, nice, clean, spacious rooms. Standard motel 6 style rooms with slightly upgraded color and design. The gentlemen at the front desk were really friendly and efficient. The parking lot is small and kind of weirdly shaped tho. I didn't like that.

Holy cow, this place is bad. Seems like it's about 5 months from being condemned. Lobby was closed at 11am, had to wait for someone to show up. Asked for a key so we could get to our room easily when we get back from amusement park at 1am, they said it would be $20 early check-in... in CASH.Nearby activities: 10 mins north of Magic Mountain

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me & one of my girlfriends arrived here late Saturday around 3am, we had an Expedia reservation but apparently the dude at the front desk said it wasn't valid and we had to pay again which we did. One of our friends dropped us off and the guy at the front desk wanted to make sure he wasn't staying and we clarify it was just me & my girlfriend once again. He gave me the keys and gave me such a creepy vibe but we let it slide.About 10 mins go by and we hear a knock and we open the door just to find this front desk guy asking us he needed to go into our bathroom to verify no one extra was hiding there which is ridiculous. We told him we didn't feel safe being so late and him coming into our room like that, but he insisted and then threatened to call the cops to verify LOL! We were so mad at that point we decided to leave to go to the hotel down the street, he didn't want to give us back our refund either.Worst experience ever, and me and my friend definitely didn't feel safe at all.I'm not sure if this place has a corporate but I will be checking.

We chose this hotel mostly because it was cheap and pretty close to magic mountain. As a place to crash, it did the trick: the room was clean and the beds were comfy enough. That said, the place has an air of decay about it. The pool and Jacuzzi are bone dry and filthy, clearly having gone unused for ages. The curtains in our room were partially broken and I had to use a pillow propped against the window to keep them from flapping every time the AC came on. The floor was a laminate of some kind, plenty nice but badly maintained, with a few places peeling up and others lumpy and uneven. The brightest spot was the bathroom, which was clean, nicely tiled and the water was wonderfully hot and plentiful. The grounds are crumbling. Parking lot is cracked badly in some areas, spaces are tiny. Rusty fences and guard rails, dirty exterior walls and lights that were replaced with smaller units but the newly exposed areas never repainted abound. There are holes in the stucco where fixtures were clearly removed. There's a LOT of truck noise, so be sure to use your phone to play rain sounds to drown it out while you sleep. There's no breakfast, only mediocre coffee and a broken orange juice machine.Overall, there are worse places to crash, but there are also much better. Plan ahead and spend a few bucks more for something better. You'll be glad you did.

The person who attended us at the reception was extremely rude. In addition to the unfriendly treatment, she did not accept my credit card even though the reservation had been made with her. Their excuse was that my card did not have my name on the card, however my reservation showed the numerical ending of the card and the name of the holder (me). I tried to make him understand that there shouldn't be any kind of problem, however we had to pay with cash since he never accepted it.

I must say, our experience at this 2-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the rooms were surprisingly decent and offered a comfortable stay after our tiring day at Six Flags. However, we encountered a concerning issue with the hotel staff, particularly regarding our privacy and safety.Late at night, around 12 o'clock, we were disturbed by the phone ringing, followed by attempts to open our door and loud knocking. Being cautious, we hesitated to open the door and instead peered through the peephole, which unfortunately provided limited visibility. Given the uncertain situation, we opted to stay inside for safety reasons. To our surprise, the manager himself came and opened the door, accompanied by an upset family who claimed it was their room. The lady who checked us in was also present. The manager seemed agitated, blaming us for not realizing that we were in the wrong room and expecting us to resolve the matter ourselves. Meanwhile, we patiently waited for an explanation or a solution from the staff, but unfortunately, none was offered. Instead, they simply walked away, eventually relocating the family to another room.Feeling uneasy and concerned for our safety, we called the front desk to inquire if we were secure in our room and whether anyone still had access to it. The response we received was less than satisfactory. The lady at the front desk dismissed our concerns, insisting that we should have realized we were in the wrong room, even though the mistake was due to her mishandling of the key card.Throughout the night, we took extra precautions, placing a chair against the door and keeping the light on as there was no door guard, which we believe should be part of any hotel's safety policy to have them.In the morning, when we asked for a refund or at least a discount for the unsettling experience, we were informed that only the manager had the authority to address such matters. Unfortunately, he was unavailable at the time. Consequently, we requested a business card and departed.Overall, the incident left us feeling uneasy and unsafe in our own room. The front desk knew about our occupancy, yet the manager chose to enter without regard for our privacy or well-being. The establishment and its staff displayed a lack of professionalism and accountability, which is concerning for any guest's peace of mind.Safety: Overall, didn’t feel like a safe environment. They shouldn’t have opened the door while we were sleeping knowing that there were people in the room and then blame us for the inconvenience.

Oh boy, where do I start? First, Not only do they not have breakfast but you have to go tromping down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee! No coffee Maker in the room. The front desk person was very nice. That was their positive. Both the pool and the hot tub were non-existent and really looked like they were falling apart. Parking is minimal for the amount of rooms that they have. The hotel is very dated looking. Sorta run down looking. And in my room I was unable to sleep underneath the covers because there was some weird stain on the sheets. If I had not been so tired from 8 hours of driving and it was not late I would have demanded a new room. But I let it go and slept on top of the covers. Then when going to take a shower I noticed that the towel for the floor had some stains on it which look like charcoal (see picture)! I have foot problems and I sure as hell was not putting my foot down on that! Air conditioner is old and not strong. Set it on 72 and woke up sweating a few times. On the plus side, You can walk to AM/PM if you're thirsty or need snacks and it is freeway close. All in all, If you can find another place in the price range do it.

We booked this motel for 3 nights. This was a bad experience. It is very dirty. No pool or Jacuzzi but they couldn't even clean the junk out of it. Stairs are dangerous to go up and down on. The place is a poor excuse for a motel. Don't go there even if you are only going one night.

Wifi does not work. No breakfast, not even water available. Bathrooms are smelly. Dirty rooms. TV doesn't work. This is one of these places where anything goes, if you got what I mean. Dirtiest and unsafe. Next to freeway so you hear noises all the time. High chances of rooms be rigged with spyware.

Great location, clean room, and excellent customer service. I think the price was very reasonable for the area and the room I booked. Everything was excellent, I'll definitely book here again.

This is a normal motel in a normal location. They hate smokers. If you smoke, you have to walk to the parking lot.Nearby activities: Six Flags Magic Mountain is 8 minutes down the freeway.

Over priced for what you get! What you get is walls, beds, and a bathroom. Websites states pool, jacuzzi, and continental breakfast. Non of that was an option on our two night stay there. Lower your price, especially when your pool area looks like the picture I posted! Says blow dryer available, nope. No hangers were provided on the rod, some lights were working, some were not. Definitely wouldn't stay here again!
