When our car broke down in the middle of the highway, we relied on our insurance company to tow it to Five Star Auto. However, despite explaining our circumstances to the owner and expressing our urgency, it was disheartening to receive a refusal for help. We emphasized that we were not locals and were unfamiliar with the area, and we were willing to give them ample time to work on the car. However, they were unable or unwilling to accommodate our needs.In times of distress, it's important to find service providers who are compassionate and understanding, especially when we are not familiar with the area.It's unfortunate that our experience with Five Star Auto fell short, but remember that there are many other professionals who are ready to provide the help and understanding you deserve in such situations. We gave 2 stars since the owner still answered his calls and let us know that he refused to take our van.

Very honest, ethical, and reliable auto repair business. The owner, Sargon, has performed maintenance and repairs for family members and myself for nearly twenty years. We appreciate having this local business in Castaic.

One of the best mechanics around. I've been taking my cars here for years now and there's no one I trust more with my car than the owner, Sargon. Generally when you're looking for a mechanic it can be hard to find someone you trust and feel has fair prices, but this shop is amazing and I feel lucky to have found it. Hopefully, now that you're reading this, you've found it too!

I took my wifes car in on a Monday morning hoping they could diagnose and repair it in the same day as I had to take the day off from work. Sargon was terrific!
