The lady I had was super helpful! she even went back to look at the problem I had with my taxes over a year ago, she explained everything very well where I wasn't confused at all. She even reached out to me later to send me a phone number I needed to contact someone from the IRS about my missing taxes from the last person I filed with. Cheryl Dimitt deserves a raise she went beyond her normal duties.
