After this place was shut down for rat infestation, I entered to see if they had an ATM and to buy my girl some ice cream. I noticed the B rating on the side of the window as I entered. When I asked one of the employees working there if they had an ATM, she was super rude and very unprofessional. Not only did the B rating and the rat infestation totally disgust me, their service was disgusting as well. I was very disappointed in the way they treated me. I will avoid this place at all costs in the future.

a decrepit woman who seemed as though she was born during the Lincoln administration, and was wearing cheap clumpy mascara on the late night/morning of (12:45am) Saturday May 11th/Sunday May 12th was perhaps the rudest person i’ve encountered in this city. very sinister and nasty energy and it’s unfortunate she must work this job to afford her trailer and ruins peoples mother’s day for fun. my card wasn’t working at a machine perhaps because i’m visiting my family from out of state and I asked to use another machine— she patronized me as if i wasn’t following the machine’s directions and then would not allow me to use another machine to try and use my card. it was very close to closing and i was so flustered i didn’t even want to call my bank to correct the issue but i hope she knows some of us has people that are still breathing and love us and i hope she finds happiness, retirement and sweet release some day soon.

RUDE Employees and extremely poor service. Throughout from bakery- food section to front counter both Employees were RUDE and has No training on customer service. Definitely don’t like their jobs!

Horrible customer service by cashier Lean. Very rude and condescending. There is a way to talk to people and she was bluntly disrespectful. I don't understand how people can be rude to customers. Been shopping here 20 years and this was one of the worst experiences.

The " customer service" desk in front of the store never has anyone present. I wanted to cash a winning scratcher from their machine and had to wait at least 10 minutes at the service desk before giving up and going to a local gas station to get my $20. Management at this store is horrific.

If I could give this Castaic grocery store 0 stars, I would. I was picking up a few items about an hour ago. 6:30 PM. Although I live a mile away, I never go to this Ralph's because of horrific customer service. Since I only needed a few things, and not feeling well, I decided to give it another try. I went to self checkout as there were 2 cashiers working (what a shock this is! That's the usual amount of cashiers) I was minding my business, and did not ask for anyone's assistance. For no reason at all, this worker, Theresa, comes over, acting like the food police. I made a mistake when I inputted the organic lettuce and she deletes it and enters the numbers for the Lettuce. It was $1.00 more. I had other organic produce that was entered correctly. I felt humiliated as Theresa had NO reason to come over except to embarrass me. People steal with no consequences and I had to be humiliated. I shop at Ralph's on McBean and Decoro weekly, because the customer service is great. I wanted to speak to a manager so I asked a worker if she was a manager. She said "yes but I'm going on a break go talk to that manager" as she points to a manager that was very busy bagging. Customer service is great isn't it? Imagine, not even a manager can could take a minute to talk to me. I always go to Ralph's for my groceries and I'm disgusted with the lack of training the employees have at this store. Even though I rarely shop here, it's a reflection on corporate.

Stopped in on aTuesday mornin.This market has a really nice bakery.Got a weakness for there cheesy jalapeno rolls,and I grabbed a blueberry cream cheese danish.Outstanding and extremely fresh.Kudos to the bakery.Ty

Not all, but some of the employees are rude, disrespectful and argumentative. The cashier I encountered this morning was the absolute worst and when I tried the speak to the manager, the manager lied and said she was not the manager. Lied. Another customer stopped me on the way out and said, "don't feel bad. They're like that here."It's worth driving a little further out to shop.

Not all, but some of the employees at this Ralphs are rude and disrespectful. The cashier today had absolutely not customer service, was argumentative and rolled her eyes at me. The manager then lied about being the manager (except her own employees pointed her out as the manager). As I was walking out, another customer told me, "don't feel bad. They're like that here." It's not worth shopping there.
