Rooms: In bad conditions. All old and neglected.

This location needs a serious upgrade. Room I was in had a bad odor in it. Also could hear everything going on in the next. Outside area appearance isn’t very good nothing like the pictures

Upon arriving, we stayed the days and three nights. The place had black hair on the supposed clean towels and the roaches. Also, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and the room got insufferably hot. The employee at 3 am kept trying to switch the breaker to fix it and when that didn’t work promised us a refund. His name was Effron. The next morning when going to get our refund the manager stated that employees weren’t permitted to promise the refund and to get our money back we would need to fill out a police report. The whole ordeal made us late for our train.
Noteworthy details: This place has roaches, isn’t cleaned well and the manager has not integrity.

This hotel definitely needs a remodel but service here clearly makes up for it. The night shift managers is one of the best examples of good customer service. The young lady in the morning has clearly been mentored by the night manager because nothing compares to the smile she shares and her service. Due to the good customer service, I stay here regularly.

Ignore the previous terrible reviews. This isn't the Shangri-La, but it's clean, good amenities, lots of great food within walking distance, quiet for the most part.

Older building makes it seem dirty. The amenities were not so pleasant, but we slept pretty good and it was quiet.
Nearby activities: Close to Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Stayed there . I was comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean and smelled like I was the first person in it. It is older but safe quiet. The staff is friendly and so helpful. I recommend this place for families and single people looking for a quiet place to sleep and relax.

Nimesh was Super friendly upon my arrival. Was able to give me a room that I really wanted. He also directed me where I needed to go. The rooms were clean and nice. I really appreciate after a long day of traveling the friendly interaction.

I reserved a room here. I had an emergency come up. I called to ask if I could cancel the reservation I was given the run around and then still got charged. I made a police report. Becareful where u reserve they are a 2 star hotel so uk they do fraud hope this place closes down

I'm a truck driver so it was nice. They had parking in the back For trucks to accommodateight tractor and Taylor with easy n out access. There were plenty of food options within walking distance. I was given a room upstairs near the truck parking which made it very convenient. The only negative side about the room was the refrigerator and my room. It's not working during my stand there is no coffee service in the room.
But otherwise My room was fine and I was well rested and ready to go back to work upon my rest.

Ok let’s just say the location wasn’t horrible however it didn’t feel safe walking to the car and back. So when I walked into the room the room came with a little friend (I didn’t know the hotel was roach friendly) so I killed the roach and was DISGUSTED when I was brushing my teeth the water had a taste if u drink water u should know water isn’t supposed to have a taste and there was bubbles in the water… so the second day comes and there are two dogs on the loose btw someone lives here with 4 animals both dogs were shaking and had a odor they live in cages in the hotel room. The fridge didn’t work when I came. the bathroom door doesn’t close. There is burn holes in both beds. There are holes in the curtains. However the staff was nice ?

I am utterly disgusted and outraged by my recent stay at Rodeway Inn. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a nightmare the moment I walked into my room. To my horror, I discovered cockroaches infesting the bed, scurrying around as if they owned the place. The conditions were beyond uninhabitable; they were downright hazardous to one's health.
I demand immediate action be taken against this disgraceful establishment. It is not only unacceptable but also legally reprehensible to subject paying customers to such filth and neglect. I refuse to let this slide without repercussions. The management must be held accountable for their gross negligence, and the authorities should intervene to ensure the safety and well-being of future guests.
I demand a full refund and compensation for the trauma and inconvenience caused by this appalling experience. Furthermore, I implore health and safety inspectors to conduct a thorough investigation of Rodeway Inn to prevent others from suffering a similar fate. This is not just about a bad hotel stay; it's about justice and basic human decency.
I will be reaching out to the state health department as well as the attorney generals office, better business bureau and the California hotels and lodging association! This is not about the money that we spent staying here but the overall disgust, neglect and incompetence of this establishment!

Charged for everything did not accept my credit card. I had to go get cash outta the atm. No microwave inside the room. Small TV and terrible pillows and uncomfortable beds. I will not be returning....

All the staff were friendly. The person who checked us in told us that breakfast was from 6AM to 10AM. I went in at 9AM the next day to find that the breakfast was already taken down. When I asked the different person at the desk about this, he told me that breakfast used to be until 10, but had changed a few weeks ago to 9AM and the previous person likely was just getting mixed up. This is somewhat understandable, but super disappointing because I wanted those make your own waffles!
The room was fine enough. The mini fridge was unplugged when I got there so I had to plug it in and wait a few hours for it to get to the proper temperature which was annoying as the compressor was noisy for quite a while.
No microwave in the room, but there was one in the main office to use anytime.
The stay was comfortable enough. I slept decently. Bed was alright.
