Very rare I share bad reviews because I give people second chances. I know what is like to have a BAD day…. Two days in a row is a bad attitude. Lady attending this location has a bad one for sure. Good luck going in there!

The owners are extremely rude to people and perhaps they feel they can be rude to people because they own the location. They make mistakes then call people names for their mistakes. It costs nothing just to say sorry and thank you. They should practice being more humble. If anyone feels that their day is brightened by this location pretend you made a mistake and ask for help. See how fast they change tunes.

Have a post box here and it's fabulous and always a bright spot in my day when I come to retrieve my mail. This is a perfect one stop shop for any mail and copy service plus they have a Notary for a nominal fee. They also sell stamps and you can drop your outgoing mail here too. Come in and check it out for yourself. Highly recommended.

Customer Service, Certainly NOT a quality these owners (Jack & Belinda Crawford) value!! Admittedly I made the mistake of taking the wrong item to their store to return to Amazon. Shortly after realizing the mistake I made, I called the store and was told by Belinda that she would locate the package I brought in but that it might take a few minutes.... Upon arrival to the store (which only had one customer at the time), I explained to Jack what I had done. Jack then proceeded to five medium sized shipping boxes behind the counter and within seconds produced a similar item to the one I was trying to recover. When I explained to Jack that although similar, the item produced was not what I'd dropped off he dropped the item on the counter and said he couldn't possibly locate one item "in all these boxes" and that "he'd have to spend hours looking". Jack then proceeded to tell me that my error "can only be resolved by Amazon". So instead of spending what would have taken less than 10 minutes looking through four or five medium size packing boxes, Jack opted to lose a customer for life and subject his actions as the owner of a franchise and his business (representing UPS) to scrutiny.

As soon as you walk in and they see you have a amazon return they either make a comment rudely about it or wait till you are at the counter to refuse to help you. I have given them once last chance and today I came in with a package that said it did not need a label or a box (per amazon instructions) and the lady refused to take it saying I need to package it up myself. Then I showed her the instructions and she said wow, well you need to call amazon because I cannot take it. She is very lazy and rude and I will make every attempt to have it be known. I had just moved to town and this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have never felt more disrespected, she needs to take a customer service class. Comments before that she said to me when I made a return was "Dont you have any thing better to do". Then I explained unfortunately I had to return my mothers party gifts because she had became very ill !! They have 0 respect for customers and I can guarantee you that with this behavior, their business will not last.

Seems the lady that works there is having a bad day EVERY time I go in! The man is polite and says to have a nice day.... her..Never.... is it just me??? I'm returning Amazon items....I looked it up and found out they DO make money on the returns....

The owner is so rude and has O customer service!! He looks at you like you are d*** and won't help. When asked a question he response as if you should already know. Why own a business if you have no etiquette. Will drive to another store do not need to deal with this type of unprofessionalism

What is wrong with you?! Pricing your products one penny less than other sellers is insane!!! Sellers like you are ruining Amazon!!! This is insanity!!! Be responsible and match the lowest price! If sellers like you keep acting this way, soon all products will be a penny and no one wins!

I have given them a few chances but they are always so rude when I go in, especially if there's an amazon return. I returned something just in an Amazon box once and when they saw it wasn't an amazon return they made a comment. Today was the last straw. I have a unique name and when she saw it, she asked if it was real. I said yes and she literally said "oh well I've heard worse." I love my name and have gone over 30 years without someone making fun of it, and this was a first. Maybe she didn't mean it that way but it was not appreciated.

Always a friendly greeting and fast courteous service. It'd be a wonderful world if all businesses operated this way. The prices are set by UPS or USPS so don't blame Jack for the high prices. If you need copies or notary you can count on it getting done here. I've had horrendous experiences with FedEx packing and shipping. Sometimes taking months to receive an item and it was poorly packaged by the FedEx store. That's never happened here, Jack is excellent at boxing your item.

Zero customer service. These people are beyond rude everytime I come in. The man can be okay but the lady is extremely rude everytime. I just went in and was standing in line when the lady called the man behind me first. I thought it was weird but just ignored it. The man began to take care of his business and then decided to ask about me being in front of him to the lady. The lady responded with "well she wasn't paying attention so you can just go first" extremely rude and uncalled for, take your business elsewhere
