Says that restrooms are available on the amenities section on google maps. We went in and said that restroom is not for customers.
Please remove restroom from amenities section if it’s not available to customers.

Why is it that a 24hr store is closed at 2:17 a.m. on a Saturday night. This seems to be a annoying pattern at 7 eleven stores recently.
Stop advertising as a 24 he convenience store when it's readily inconvenient to drive to your location and find the doors locked.

Bad customer service, bad attitude, ignoring the customer needs by using long phone calls, all workers are busy with their phone. Careless, dirt everywhere, I recommend anyone to shop in another 711 but not here.

Yeah this place is ran by ugly racists. Wouldn't step foot in here. Terrible service, everything is expired. Price gouging depending on skin color.

Incredible that this place is allowed to stay open when the cashier was openly racist towards my boyfriend and I. I am definitely contacting corporate 7 eleven as well. If you are in an interracial relationship, be prepared for the workers here to make blatant racist comments to you. Absolutely disgusting. This is the bay area, pull yourself into the century and maybe do some professional training about keeping your personal biases to yourself at your job.

While the store is fully stocked and kept rather clean the owner is rude as can be. No Hello , no thank you, and gives you a dirty look when you use the pad to put in your number I guess he don't want you to get a discount

I don't know who owns this particular 7-11, but you're losing lots of moneyby hiring RUDE, INCOMPETENT store workers. I use to go here often when I lived close by in Castro Valley. The old man at the register with the major attitude should be booted out the door. Like NOW! He acts like he hates EVERYTHING, including you... a paying customer. I use to buy my lottery tickets here, but if you're not buying anything except getting lottery tickets, they lie that the lottery machine is broken and they can't run your play slips. I've lived all over the country and been in many 7-11's. This store is one of the worst. And that's a shame because this is a good location. Management needs to WAKE UP and get rid of the attitude dudes that work here. I have a long radio broadcasting career record and run a successful audio production company. I know crappy service when I see it...like from the moment you walk in. If I acted as annoyed and disinterested in my customers as these guys, I'd be out of business. When you see EVERY OTHER Yelp review is a one star negative review, isn't it time to make some changes? Start with that nasty man with the turban on at the register. He's insulting and seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Find another 7-11. It's bound to be a lot more customer friendly.
