While the store is fully stocked and kept rather clean the owner is rude as can be. No Hello , no thank you, and gives you a dirty look when you use the pad to put in your number I guess he don't want you to get a discount

I don't know who owns this particular 7-11, but you're losing lots of moneyby hiring RUDE, INCOMPETENT store workers. I use to go here often when I lived close by in Castro Valley. The old man at the register with the major attitude should be booted out the door. Like NOW! He acts like he hates EVERYTHING, including you... a paying customer. I use to buy my lottery tickets here, but if you're not buying anything except getting lottery tickets, they lie that the lottery machine is broken and they can't run your play slips. I've lived all over the country and been in many 7-11's. This store is one of the worst. And that's a shame because this is a good location. Management needs to WAKE UP and get rid of the attitude dudes that work here. I have a long radio broadcasting career record and run a successful audio production company. I know crappy service when I see it...like from the moment you walk in. If I acted as annoyed and disinterested in my customers as these guys, I'd be out of business. When you see EVERY OTHER Yelp review is a one star negative review, isn't it time to make some changes? Start with that nasty man with the turban on at the register. He's insulting and seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Find another 7-11. It's bound to be a lot more customer friendly.

DO not come here they will overcharge you for just a drink. Stop giving your money to places like this period

Really? Waiting in line with three other people while who I believe works there is stocking items right next to me. No acknowledgement to say I will be with you in a minute. I walked out. The etiquette/customer srvc these days seems obsolete.

Excellent, excellent customer service. The nice lady who was working was stocking the coffee area. Although she wasn't at the front register, she was very attentive and could hear as customers were walking in. As I proceeded to the drink machines she looked up and greeted me and smiled. I came here after having the worst experience at 9:30am at the location at 24476 Mission Blvd where the guy is literally a piece of s****

I see a lot of fake reviews apparently. This place should always be rated 1 star. Not sure why they allow people with zero customer service skills to work. One of these days the rude ug*y late night worker is gonna get knocked tf out with his negative rude attitude. He barked "what do you want??" While I was looking for chips I wanted. And kept holding his hands on his hips as if he was very annoyed I was there for business, because he was mopping at 2am. If you're not happy with the job GET THE F**K OUT.

The small slurpee cups have mysteriously vanished from the Castro Valley 7-11. All other sizes are very well stocked. The next size up, which is hardly any larger, costs $2.19. The small slurpee was $1.11 (both prices include tax). I asked when the small would be back in stock, and I received an incomprehensible answer, as expected. Inflation happens when we accept being gouged like this. Today my approach was to buy 1 slurpee instead of 2, not wanting to disappoint my daughter. We won't be going back. It would have been a lot more honest to raise the price of a small somewhat, rather than basically doubling the price for 10% more drink. Let's vote against price gouging like this by not spending our dollars at places like the Castro Valley 7-11.

Rude workers. They don't follow Covid protocol. No masks during the mask mandate times. Workers are judgemental and sexist. I'll never go here again. :(

So why is this store closed at 11:45 to mop? I can understand closing at 3 or 4 am. But 11:45 so what time did her really close the store. Lazy people irk me.
